Bates motel knockoff

The entire bed including comforter smelled like urine and we could not use the bed. When confronted with the issue all nedding was changed and room was supposedly clean. It wasnt. Hair still in and on the tub, floor was covered in dirt but they did use air freshener. I asked for a refund and was told the manager is out with his family. There were 2 kids mostly likely brother and suster who coukd nkt assist. What a joke. Do not stay here and hotels.com needs to removed them immediately.

SERVICE DOG HANDLERS BEWARE! I am a dog trainer and travel with a task trained service dog. Despite giving the hotel the courtesy of a heads up weeks prior, they refused to allow me to stay without presenting phony paperwork and their vest. Any legitimate handler knows that per the ADA, there is no certificate or registration required of a service dog and they don’t have to wear special gear. I spent over an hour talking with Expedia who was also talking to the manager and they expected me to find somewhere else to stay at 10pm on a Friday. The staff refused to be educated despite being pointed towards the ADA info page on service animals. I did end up showing them my dog’s gear just to get inside (I was only staying for one night and just needed somewhere to sleep!) and reported them to the ADA after. Ironically I saw another guest with an ill behaved small dog the next morning. The price was good but my room smelled, bathroom was dirty and wifi was weak.

Far and away the worst motel, not just that I've ever stayed in, but that I've ever seen. It was so bad that my partner had a panic attack and we had to get a room somewhere else, wasting hundreds of dollars. It was so disgusting we almost slept in the car.
