Very overpriced for what I paid. They will nickel-and-dime you for everything. $5/night for microwave oven, $25 pool towel. And they already charged a daily resort fee. The refrigerator was barely cold, a rack was missing. The ocean view was of murky/dirt water. It’s close enough to the airport that you can hear jets takeoff every so often. The pool was so cold (why isn’t it heated?) and needs to be renovated; The bottom was chipped and just plain concrete (not a tiled floor). Also, no housekeeping is provided unless you ask. I booked this hotel thinking it would be a luxury stay and I was completely disappointed

Were sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. We will address the rooms refrigerator. The 25 pool towel charge is made when the towel is not returned. We apologize if that was not made clear and we will address that. Thank you.

I had a terrific view of the volcano and coconut island from our balcony. Breakfast and dinner at WSW restaurant was delicious! Live music on Friday night, in the bar. Nice clean gym located on the property.

Lots of hair, sand, and debris in our bathroom; probably on the carpet as well. We always wear flip flops and never go barefoot in hotels, however it left us uncomfortable.
