Excellent stay just outside Waikīkī but the amenity fee and parking fee do add about 75$ extra a day which really should be more transparent and considered if comparing locations for stay. Having a mall next door is very nice. The lobby and valley guys were helpful.

room was clean and sufficient for two nights in town. but walls are thin. next room kept talking and tv blasting. and outside of room hearing big trucks and garbage trucks come and go. easy walking access to Ala Moana beach park and shopping the biggest draw of this hotel.

It always feels like I’m coming home here. That’s why I always come back. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a working fridge and microwave. The Lions drip coffee is the best in-room hotel coffee I’ve had. And I like the Hawaiian coconut amenities. The housekeeping staff is the best in America. Friendly and accommodating, they make sure that your room is spotless. The Fusion Cafe near the pool makes terrific lattes and fish tacos.

Room was clean every day and comfortable. Staff friendly except for the guy at front desk i asked about checking out at 12 instead of 11 the night before I left and he said, no. The morning i left, the lady at front desk said i should've just called to ask again as they would have done it gladly. no body answered at the front desk when i tried so i stored my bags??

Clean Room; Housekeeping Staff were Great! Starbucks had great hours starting at 5 AM! Restaurants were limited hours and were not available for room charge. Water was not allowed to be given. Store is opened limited hours. Many people complained about that.
