Staff is helpful but not very friendly. Kurig in all rooms and room service daily, although while staying there they sent out a notice saying room service will be limited now to every 3 days instead of daily. Room service ladies were very friendly. Rooms are semi clean, dirty walls and dripping faucet in the bathroom. Kitchenette was very nice to have. The area is very loud making it hard to sleep at night.

Check time is posted online. Told to you when checking in. Also it’s printed on key card envelope. My suggestion is the front desk needs to stop calling people‘s rooms at 11:25 especially if the guest has already stated they’ll be checking out at 11:30 AM. This behavior is not only rude, but it also causes the gas to leave behind property in the room due to feeling rushed, which has happened to me on the last three visits to this hotel.

We only stayed 4 nights and after the 1st night the AC stopped working and then the bathroom wall was literally falling apart the paint peeled and the Sheetrock was coming off, we got switched rooms and then the next room the AC was leaking and the floor was flooded and we had to have buckets to catch the water. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It was my 40th birthday and my families 1st time in Hawaii and was so disappointed in the quality with how much we paid and the pictures they have on the page are very deceiving

Dont expect much

Alright so i shouldnt have expected much but damn. There were cockroaches and other little critters crawling about the room. To add on top of this, i dont even think the windows were designed correctly so wind would whistle through. If you have kids make sure they don't go on the balcony because the railing feels like its on its last life. However, for the price its what youd expect. The staff is nice which is awesome.

Not a good experience

We were on the 16th floor and had some roaches in the room. The shower was peeling away. There was mold on the ceiling. The carpet feels so nasty, it makes your foot black. They ran out of towels, regular and pool. The lobby smells like cheap perfume l, it is so over fragranced. I believe the pictures are misleading when you look at the amenties. You can only valet and it is about $43 per night. Upon taking our car the person was waiting for a tip, very awkwardly. It is a very old hotel. Their only saving grace is the very kind staff that works there. However the rest is like a run down motel. You get what you pay for.

The lobby is nice, the area is good for shops and restaurants and walking to the beach. The rooms are super outdated, the bathroom is not great, the kitchenette is not great and you might wanna wear shoes in your room.

dirty room. it was impossible to sleep on one bed because it smelled like a cat (she peed on the bed). The presence of a stove in the room does not give you the opportunity to cook because there are no necessary utensils. They also took a deposit of $ 100 and still have not returned it. so they took an extra day for parking, promised to return $ 45 but did not return it. There is only a good location and nothing more.

You pay for what you get. Bathroom looks like a bathroom you see on a fishing boat. mold on the showerhead. I was given first floor, he had a balcony which we did not even wanna go to abandoned building across the balcony. We left that room and did not even sleep. There reason why we gave staff a one star because the guy who was working there just had a ugly cranky face the whole time

First this a hotel wich is 3start I think people need to understand that part first. Pros: the location of the hotel is convenience, the housekeeping team are amazing, the staff front desk are okay, valet parking are okay. Amenities is okay but they charge you extra for that its literallya bag with 2 drinks , chip and granola bar. The room are basic nothing fancy but we are talking about 3 start hotel but for the price its ok, the shower nothing fancy. Cons: the parking for each day 45 dlls wich is ridiculous but anyways, elevators looks like needs a little bite repair, front desk need to be mor on pint with the parking charge they want me to pay 400 when i dont have because was already pay anyways check all details when you check out. We travel with childrens l, this hotel is in a good location hopefully they can make renovations in the room specially on the showers because they have a good location. Room was incredibly dirty. There is brown stuff on the curtains, was not vacuumed, the balcony was a mess, and there was no hot water or water pressure. There’s also bugs EVERYWHERE. Check for bed bugs — there’s a 50/50 chance you have them.
