For your utmost convenience and comfort, this unit boasts an open floor plan and a kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge, double-burner hot plate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and cooking essentials.
Weâve upgraded the A/C to a Split A/C unit, far quieter and more powerful than the usual window units you typically encounter. The space also features a queen-size bed, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a deluxe 55" 4K smart flat-screen TV (with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi, of course!), a dining table for 4, and a ceiling fan. The full bathroom includes a bathtub & shower combo with a multi-function showerhead.
All linens and towels, including beach towels, are thoughtfully provided. Plus, laundry facilities are conveniently located on the 3rd floor.
Parking in the building is available for $35 per day (price subject to change), payable directly at the parking garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, weâre unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If youâd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, weâd suggest booking an extra night. HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, itâs about a 20-minute ride â Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.
CHECKOUT CLEANING:Â
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
STARTER SUPPLIES:Â
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.Â
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. We can provide extra amenities for an additional charge. If interested, please contact us.
LINENS & TOWELS:Â
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are on the dresser.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
Weâve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If youâd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us knowâweâre happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.

Great location, stylish and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Very clean and great amenities. A little noisy, but thatâs to be expected when you are right in Waikiki.
Thereâs nothing but good things I can say about this place!! The location was awesome, the room was clean and loved the wall of windows. The building has a great rooftop area and lounge area that we took advantage of too. Great place and friendly check-in!
We were really happy with everything, loved the detailed instructions for check in, it made things less stressful. The roof top pool is super cool!
The HUGE WINDOW, WOW!! Opening the curtains, laying in bed & watching the sky come to life as the sun comes up was my favorite. It gets hot quickly so we didn't leave the curtains open all day but the AC works great!
I loved the location, close to the main street but also close to the food trucks with honestly the best food.
Really enjoyed our stay. Unit was well maintained and very comfortable. The AC kept the unit cool and was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with many small appliances incl. rice cooker and a small blender. Host was very communicative.
The building is conveniently located close to many tasty food options, including delicious (and cheap!) masubi in the lobby. Only a few minutes walk to the beach.
The people at the front desk were really friendly as well.
Great location, team very responsive but the unit wasnât very clean when we got there. They did come and correct it once communicated.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Check in process was not good. The front desk only had my phone number. You have to have a key card to get in the elevators or any door from the parking garage yet you donât get that until you get to the room. Well you canât get to your room without one unless you wait for someone to go to the elevators and jump in with them. The front desk was extremely helpful and let me purchase a key card(which I left in the check in folder at the front desk in hopes that it would be an easier check in for the next person). As for cleanliness the couch bed sheets were dirty and there were dirty socks under the bed. So the unit was not really cleaned but appeared to be clean. The view is great but loud all night due to downtown. There was construction going on on every floor and the paint fumes were extremely strong. The building should look nice and new for anyone else staying here. Definitely visit the pool and jacuzzi for a sunset! I would stay here again just for the location!
Property was just as described! Beautiful location walking distance to the beach and delicious food. Check in and out procedures were very clear and simple. Will definitely be back on our next visit!

This was a lovely updated unit close to everything in Waikiki. The building was well managed and we really enjoyed our stay. The building has both private units and hotel units. It was nice having the kitchenette that in this unit had two burners, a microwave and mini fridge. As well as toaster coffee maker and rice cooker. Lobed having use of two beach chairs that were included in the unit! Lots of storage as well as great view of Diamond head and the beach!
