Welcome home to your stylish oasis! This 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom home away from home has everything your family needs to relax and have fun. Swim in the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, or enjoy outdoor dining. You can spread out in a spacious living room with a big TV and two sofas. The kitchen comes with the utensils you need and a full refrigerator. Enjoy high-speed internet and table games! so whether you're looking to relax or have fun with the family, this is the place for you.
The space
You will have the entire place to yourselves with a big Pool and Jacuzzi including outdoor dining, toys and life jackets! Free parking on premises up to 4 cars. This is a 4 bedroom home with Tv’s in each room that include Netflix. There is 2 full bathrooms upstairs and one 1/2 bathroom downstairs. In the house there are 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 3 Full Beds. There is a big Living room with a Big TV and 2 sofa sleepers. Full Kitchen with all the utensils you need including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, big refrigerator, water warmer, big dishwasher, and more! Spacious Dining room with a soccer foosball table, High Speed Internet, and table games!

Comfortable and homey

Bryan obviously went to extra lengths to make the house comfortable. It was decorated for Christmas and had all the things we needed. The pool and hot tub were heated on request and a fabulous treat for our family from cold Michigan. Bryan answered all my questions before and during our stay promptly. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. We’ll contact Bryan for our next stay in Katy!

Large Spa for Multiple People

It is a very nice property. It is used but well maintained property. The highlight of the property is the pool and spa. It can fit several people in it. I highly recommend the property with the various amenities and large area spaces inside. It is in a good area on Houston.

Perfect home for us

We were in Houston to attend a surprise anniversary party for our friends. The house was close to their house and worked out perfect for us. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was a wonderful added benefit.

Excellent Stay, Beautiful Home, Awesome Host!

I celebrated my 41st bday at Byron's amazing home in Katy, Tx. The home is very clean & looks just like the pic's. The backyard & pool area are beautiful & relaxing & the 4 bdrms are spacious & comfortable. Byron's communication was spot on & he helped resolve an internet issue right away. I was so pleased with our entire stay & I will look to stay here again when we return to Houston. Thank you Byron!
