Initial communication was prompt with host after asking enroute about check in instructions 
 we’re not sent prior. Access device was DOA so had to wait around a while to access parking garage. Elevator is on opposite side of building so be prepared to use stairs (4th floor) Coffee maker was disgusting & found laundry left in dryer unfinished. Patio furniture looked like it’s ready for the dumpster & virtually unusable. Overall the units suited or needs, was quite for the most part, clean, sparsely stocked & furnished but comfortable enough. Convenience of parking & local is the major highlight. Never received checkout instructions & multiple contact attempts with host went unanswered to even this day (hope all is ok) Overall wasn’t horrible & would stay again.

All of the above Host was not communicating hardly at all and refused to call me to help correct the issue. No baking sheets or any type of cooking pan that can go int the over. The stove does not work great; top has burners out. Shower door does not close so there is water on the floor after each use.

This was a great place to stay, location-wise. I was less than 2 mile away from central downtown Houston. The property had gated, sheltered parking. The property was clean and functionable. The only improvements I would suggest would be a better coffee maker and towels and washcloths that are in better condition. This property was worth the value.

If you're looking for a downtown location then this the 1 for you! There is plenty of areas to eat or find entertainment within walking distances. Easy check in & check out. Communication was instant. Spacious apartment with laundry.

Accurate depiction

This is close to soccer field and baseball stadium. Safe part of town & close to EDO. Can be a little loud when soccer game is on but great people watching from balcony. Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but looked nice. Couch is a little too firm but it converts to bed if needed The complex looks nice on outside, but the inside needs to be kept up by management, no reflection on host.what you see in photos is what you get. Host is very responsive too.
