Welcome to your Home Away from home! This modern 1 bed/1 bath apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, updated appliances including washer and dryer, a resort style, and fitness center. Comfortably sleeps 3 people! You will also be in very close proximity to the Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Hermann Park, with easy access to major highways. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and other points of Interest. If you are looking for quality and comfort then this place is for you!

The bedroom is equipped with a Queen size posturepedic medium firm mattress and floor mattress in closet. In the bedroom there is a 40in Smart Ruku TV. In the living room there is a sofa w/50in smart TV w/ Netflix. High speed wifi internet with cable TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped to eat, cook, & drink.

We were designated a parking spot, near a door where the key fob that was provided didn’t work. Then we found out it didn’t work on any of the doors. We also were to be provided a parking pass for the designated spot. Was not able to locate one. So we went to the leasing office where they informed us it was up to the lease holder to provide. We had to them move our car to visitor parking which was 4 levels higher than where we were staying. We also found live and dead roaches in the apartment. We contacted the host, who was not responsive until we contacted customer service. Nothing was resolved, the location was great for the NRG stadium. That was the only positive thing about this place

Quiet and simple

This was a good location. Central to wherever we were going. Even though it is a large complex it was very quiet. The unit has the needed amenities. The host was quick to reply and provide assistance when needed.

Extended stay for attending MD Anderson appointments

The property is conveniently located to MD Anderson, which was a main reason on booking and that was the best part. The owner was GREAT about communication and even let us drop off luggage before our 3pm check in. He was SUPER responses to all my questions. The apartment needs some love. Noticed Roaches the first few nights and owner call to have Orkin spray. I purchased some pans and spatula due to the condition of pans in condo. The bathmats need to be replaced. Curtain in bedroom needs another panel to block out the lights at night. The worst part for me was when changing the bed sheets there were stains on mattress. In need of a new mattress and suggest adding a mattress cover. Carpets seems dirty as well and owner said he is replacing soon. Overall it worked for our 24 day stay. There are several homeless folks living near the apartment but wasn't an issue. Side note, great location for places to eat out or pick up and Kroger is directly across the street as well.

Not as expected

A few items you may look for that they do not have: hair dryer, kitchen washcloths (only sponges), no laundry detergent, no shampoo/conditioner.I can forgive not having the above items. We really enjoyed the common area with the gym, pool table, shuffleboard table, and tvs. This was the nicest part! It would be nice if there was a map in the apt. To show how to get to pool and the common area.Pool seemed nice, but was too cold to swim when we were there. Hot tub was just as cold. I’m not sure if it was broken or do they not heat it?If you want to get your steps in, this is the place for you! I enjoy walking so it was fine for us.Walking distance to NRG stadium.I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. The bathroom had hair in the drawer, rusty vents and rusty soap holder/mirror in bathroom. Oven was dirty outside and in. Patio was dirty and furniture was tore up. Coffee table in living room is all scratched up. Flower decor was super dusty. I emptied kitchen drawers to wash items because there was crumbs in the drawers and some utensils were dirty. Decorative plate sitting out had crusted food on it. I may have reviewed this better than I should have.

To start of Ugo was very easy to deal with, he was very quick responding to any concerns or questions. The location was ideal for anyone looking for NGR stadium events, literally 4 blocks away! It was overall okay

The first thing I would like to note is the property is definitely not a "pool view". I did kind of want an interior room so that bothered me a little, but it was okay. I liked the property. It felt pretty safe. Gated parking garage. Close proximity to the livestock show we were there for. We walked there every day. It was about a 15 minute walk. Much better than trying to fight traffic to park. This was kind of a last minute booking for us. We weren't sure what week we were going to be there. The host was very accommodating and answered quickly when I had a question. Friendly and helpful. We did have to ask for sheets the first night for my son. I thought that was a little odd since I made sure to put 3 guests in my booking. The host said they could see if their cleaning crew could bring by some sheets for the air mattress, but we were not going to be at the property and I didn't want them to come while we were not there. My son used the throw blanket to sleep with instead. We also asked about the wifi password and he was very quick to reply and helpful. The room was nice. It had a modern feel, but has been lacking some upkeep. The grout in the shower could use a power scrub. The bed is in the bedroom is about a foot and a half off the ground, so pretty short. The mattress was fairly comfortable. Check out was easy enough. Some properties have a long list so it was nice that there was not a whole lot to do.

A very homey place.

We stayed about 2.5 month for my daughter's treatment, very comfortable and homey, close to everywhere, host was very nice offered a discount to save our longstay expenses.Any needs or questions are responded to very quickly.
