As you arrive, take advantage of our expansive driveway with space for up to 4 vehicles, offering hassle-free parking!

Living Room (Downstairs):
Step inside to a bright, modern living area, fully furnished and equipped with a large SMART TV, perfect for game nights and relaxing gatherings.

Kitchen (Downstairs):
Adjacent to the living space, our gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything a home chef could desire. It includes essentials like an air fryer, coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, and a selection of spices, as well as cooking pots/pans, plates, coffee cups, shot glasses, and wine glasses. The kitchen features a gas range, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher with complimentary pods to make cleanup easy.

Dining Room (Downstairs):
Gather in the dining room next to the kitchen, a welcoming space for all guests to share meals and memorable moments.

Primary Bedroom/Primary Bathroom (Downstairs):
The primary bedroom provides a luxurious retreat with a king-sized bed, SMART TV, full-length mirror, blackout curtains, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. It's the perfect escape for anyone seeking relaxation and does not want to go upstairs!

2nd Primary Bedroom/Bathroom (Upstairs):
Our second primary bedroom is located upstairs and includes luxurious king-sized bed, SMART TV, blackout curtains, and a full private bathroom. It is a perfect relaxation space for those seeking privacy and comfort!

Bedroom 3, 4, 5, & 6 (Upstairs):
Bedroom's 3, 4, and 5 all include a queen sized bed, SMART TV, blackout curtains, closet space, and ceiling fans. Bedroom 6 is the bedroom with two queen-sized beds, SMART TV, and a chest with drawers for clothing storage. All of these bedrooms are upstairs and can easily sleep 10 guests in just these 4 bedrooms!

Bathroom 3 (Upstairs):
The third full bathroom in the property is located upstairs which is very spacious with double sinks and a spacious shower area. This bathroom is shared by bedrooms 3, 4, 5, & 6.

Bathroom Toiletries (Each Bathroom):
Both bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, clean towels, and hand soap, so you can travel light.

Laundry Area (Upstairs):
Our laundry room is equipped with a complimentary washer, dryer, and laundry pods for your convenience, making it easy to freshen up during your stay.

Game Room (Upstairs):
A large game room and living area is an amazing and fun area for all guests staying in the second floor part of the home! It is complete with foosball, air hockey, and a generous SMART TV for entertainment. Also, a large sectional couch for all guests to sit at for lounging.

Step outside to our private backyard—a perfect gathering place with plenty of seating and lounging areas.

Additionally, nearby access to major highways like I-59, Hardy Toll Road, and I-45 ensures effortless travel throughout the city.

At our Posh Houston Home, every detail is designed with your comfort in mind. Relax, enjoy, and make unforgettable memories during your stay in Houston!

Guests are welcome to use all amenities and have full access to the entire house, except for the garage, which is locked and not available for guest use.

The private driveway is spacious enough for 4 vehicles at a time. Street parking is strictly prohibited at this property.

Guests do NOT have access to our property's garage. This area is locked and guests that book our property do not have clearance to go inside. Only authorized personnel and our cleaning team have access!

We want to make sure that you have a seamless and enjoyable stay, which is why we are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns you as a guest may have before, during, or after your stay.

You can easily reach out to any hosts via phone, email, or Airbnb messages, and we will respond in a timely manner as soon as we can. Contact information for the hosts will be made available to you within the reservation details, which will be sent to you two days prior to your check-in date.

Located adjacent to FM 1960, this neighborhood is a short distance from George Bush International Airport (10 minutes), making it an ideal location for families on vacation or business travelers needing proximity to the airport.

Hardy Toll Road, I-69 (59), and I-45, some of Houston's major highways, are just minutes away, providing guests with convenient access to various parts of the city.

Parking at our property is hassle-free as we offer a private driveway that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 cars. We kindly request your attention to this parking regulation at our property. Only a maximum of four (4) vehicles are permitted to park in the driveway.

We would like to emphasize that street parking is strictly prohibited at all times. This policy is in place to avoid any inconvenience or potential conflicts with neighbors. We understand that this may require some adjustment, but we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this rule.

This property only offers 4 parking spaces in the driveway for 4 vehicles, street parking is prohibited at all times. Please make sure to make accommodations with your party if this might be an issue.

Early check in/late check out may be available to each guest depending on availability. We do charge a fee for these services and to be included in your reservation, therefore please make sure you contact the host in a timely manner to make any adjustments.

Unfortunately, delivery services such as Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL are not available to deliver packages to the property.

Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or forgotten in the property after your stay. Please take care to ensure that you have all your belongings with you when you depart.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Any violation will result in an automatic $250 fine.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and a $250 fine.

Pets are not allowed on the property, both indoors and outdoors. A violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine.

No Parties or Events
Hosting parties or events on the property is prohibited. Evidence of such activities will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund and a $500 fine.

Prohibited Media Production
Filming, photography, music video production, or advertisements of any kind, inside or outside the property, are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Garage Access
The garage is not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay.

Maximum Guest Capacity
The property accommodates up to 14 guests. If your group exceeds this limit, there is a fee of $40 per additional guest, per night. All guests staying overnight must be included in the reservation. Overnight visitors are not permitted.

Damage to Linens, Towels, or Property
Guests will be charged for the replacement of any damaged, stained, or broken items during their stay. This applies to, but is not limited to, towels, linens, and furniture.
Parking Policy
Complimentary parking is available for up to four vehicles in our private driveway, arranged in tandem. Please note that street parking is strictly prohibited at all times. A $200 fee will be charged if this policy is violated.
