College granddaughter

A great location for our visit with family and allowed our small dog to also stay in room. The bed was very comfortable. Room was beautiful and clean. However the drapes had small tears, the secondary room safety lock could not be secured, and refrigerator froze everything even at the lowest setting. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Hotel is old and a bit run down. When we were there the office center computer was not working and the pool was also closed due to repairs. Our bathroom tile was cracked and moldy and the toilet would run because the handle would get stuck. We also got no maid service while we were there.

This hotel was amazing. Warm cookies for the kids in the lobby, great breakfast and the staff went above and beyond. Terri was friendly and fabulous! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Top notch. 10/10 recommend!

Hotel started off nice, but the condition of a few items dropped our opinion. The fridge wasnt working and was replaced promptly which was good, but the sink was clogged and the desk chair broken. Both issues were brought up when I was prompted to answer how was our stay. They said they would take care of it, but they were still broken when we checked out. Overall our opinion was good. Breakfast was great. But those items from our speific room had to drop the rating from 4 stars.
