Stunning! Luxurious spacious retreat with unobstructed breathtaking unobstructed lake views from every living space. Renovated winter 2023. Beautiful designer furniture. Large windows. East facing with sunrise and moonrise views. 2 large family rooms with an additional viewing gallery space for reading and chilling. Extra large comfy sectional down filled in upper family room for movie nights and just relaxing by the fireplace. Down filled large sofas on main floor family room. Hot Tub Spa runs all year. 2 designated work spaces Shallow sandy water. Lake Simcoe waterfront just down the road from Friday Harbor. Level lot. no stairs to water. 3 bedrooms plus 1 twin sleeping area off Primary bedroom. Wake up to an incredible view of the lake from the primary bedroom which also has an ensuite with soaker tub and shower as well a seating area by the window to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. Second bedroom on upper level also has king bed with semi ensuite bath. Main floor bedroom has 2 twin beds and bathroom off the hall. 50 minutes from GTA and short drive or walk to Friday Harbour to enjoy the restaurants, shops, skating in winter. Spacious well appointed rooms. Chefs kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, stainless appliances, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils you need. Cathedral ceilings on 2nd floor with floor to ceiling windows. Room for everyone to spread out. Sleeps 6 to 7 comfortably. Beautiful Cottage

Beautiful lakefront with sandy shallow water off the dock. Kitchen was well appointed with comfy gathering areas, outdoors, upstairs and main level. The whole experience was wonderful - a great place to vacation with family as there was lots to entertain us and lots of space to spread out.

Winter getaway

We spent a long weekend here while we were visiting family. We had a great experience. The home was clean and decorated nicely. The view of the lake was exceptional and the hot tub was a nice touch after a day of skiing. We would stay again!

Another incredible stay! This cottage truly has everything you could wan and more. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host is very responsive and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. The location is also ideal—close to Friday Harbour and great for swimming with its shallow, calm waters. You won’t regret booking this place!

Great family vacation

The property was beautiful and as advertised! Decor and views are exceptional. Natalie and her team were helpful and responsive. The sand bottom made swimming off the dock incredible. The overall experience was fantastic! Will recommend this property and hope to book again in the future.

Exactly what we needed

We had an incredible weekend with family and friends at this gorgeous and well-appointed property. The lay out of the house was great as we all had our own space but the common areas were large enough for us to gather and spend a memorable weekend together. We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautiful - such a fresh, beachy, light filled space. So many lovely details. We needed to decompress after Christmas so stayed for 3 nights. When I booked several months ago I thought it was best to pick a winter location not too far from Toronto, so if the weather was challenging it would be an easy drive. It was the right call. Being right on the lake in the winter was stunning. The hot tub was glorious - we could have been in the Arctic! The living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were exceptional. The host was very accommodating, especially with all my many questions. I was especially thankful that we didn't have to lug sheets, blankets or pillows. All was provided which was a huge bonus. No complaints. Thank you Natalie for an amazing stay!

This was a wonderful property for us to spend a few days at over New Years with our teen daughters and a few of their friends. The owners were incredibly responsive and the property manager was at the house within about 5 min of asking a question about the hot tub. The house is very clean, very well stocked and the check in and check out process were very easy. The hot tub was lovely and a highlight of our stay. Especially as the snow was dumping down! (We got about a foot of snow while we were there. There was snow removal daily and the house was plenty warm!) The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. (Cookware, tableware, spices, cleaning products.) It is a great location- it looks and feel like you are way up in cottage country- but you are 20 min from Barrie which has all you could need for errands and entertainment - and it is a quick drive up from the city. Highly recommend booking this property and we look forward to coming back in 2027! Thank you!

Great place near the city

This was our second stay at this cottage. Since the previous summer, there have been a number of upgrades that enhanced our stay, although the first stay was great as well. Our family would happily rent this cottage every summer. Natalie provides everything a group could need, and she communicates quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!
