I recently stayed at this Staybridge Suites property. During check-in, the staff reviewed the various charges associated with the stay — however, parking fees were not mentioned at all. I was later surprised to see $75 in parking charges added to my bill. I don’t mind paying for parking if I’m informed in advance, but this was not clearly communicated at check-in. When I called the hotel for clarification, Caleb informed me that I should have read the terms and conditions in advance and that the parking charges would not be refunded. The tone of the conversation felt dismissive rather than service-oriented.

We had a very pleasant stay! The check-in process was easy, the front desk was able to hold our bags for us until our room was ready, and our room was clean and spacious. There is ample parking, however there is a fee to park and resort fee as well. The breakfast was delicious!
