"We had a fabulous stay. The Horizon lounge was excellent, drinks, food & service all wonderful. Rooms & bathrooms are showing their age a little but well maintained. Surprised that the coffee in the room was instant but it was little effort to pop to the lounge for a decent cup."

"Excellent service. I don't have have had hot water the first day but they sent someone to fix It pretty quick. Room was big and on the 53rd floor. Good view of the city. Close to metro. Also I didn't have any issues with the elevator as some people complained."
