The Beach Villas at Ko Olina offers exceptional resort living at its finest with its earthly warmth and sophisticated island inspired architecture. This family friendly ground floor villa is located in the Beach Tower just steps to the perfectly groomed lagoon where fish frolic and green sea turtles play. Open up the beautiful pocket doors to the lanai and your living area increases another 50 feet onto a lush green lawn that's perfect for the kids to run and play on. No worries . . . Everyone's happy!

Your three bedroom, three bath villa features secluded beach front luxury and uncompromising accommodations. Its deluxe furnishings and amenities offer you the perfect indoor/outdoor lifestyle and sleeps 8 comfortably. This villa is located in the BEACH TOWER which is closer to the beach/lagoon than the Ocean Tower. No elevators to take or long hallways to trek through to get to the pools or beach. Location, location, location . . . this is one of the closest villas to the beach available for rent here at the Beach Villas.

Here you will enjoy a state of the art fitness center overlooking the courtyard and lap pool, a lagoon style swimming pool, three whirlpool spas and a sand bottom pool for the kids. There is also an owners and guests only beach bar serving up your favorite tropical libations.

Why pay $500-$2,000 per night for a small hotel room or 1 bedroom suite when you can rent a 1500 square foot, fully-furnished villa that is equally luxurious and ideally uncrowded?!

This is the perfect family retreat! Bring Grandma and Grandpa who can enjoy the 3rd bedroom which can be used as a second master bedroom. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, games and DVDs for the kids. I also have a crib, pack n play, umbrella stroller and high chair for your convenience at no extra cost!

Other amenities include: Fully equipped kitchen, Flat screen TVs in every room, Ko Olina Golf Club right across the street with Roy's Restaurant at the 19th hole, great walking paths that the whole family can enjoy, Ko Olina Marina, Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park just 10 minutes away and so much more. One assigned parking space is free of charge. Second car parking fee: $25.00 (one time fee, NOT per day, payable upon check in. This fee is assessed by the HOA and not by the villa owner.)

The beach villa was clean, well stocked, and as advertised. The resort complex is well maintained with beautiful amenities. We loved the beach and the pool, and the kids loved feeding the fish in the koi pond. Any minor issues that came up were quickly handled by the property managers. We had a great trip to Oahu!

Perfect location and Villa

Clean, quality, and very well appointed with anything you might need and some things you didn't know you wanted but which made you say even better. It was great to have the rice cooker, instapot, etc. Location is unmatched and made the experience so comfortable with little kids who were able to walk easily to and from the beach and pool for multiple stress-free outings a day. We are hoping to stay again in the future.

Amazing vacation

This place is perfect for easy access to beach and pools. It was great for our family and we really enjoyed nightly dinners outside. The unit came with a ton of beach toys, snorkels and beach chairs. Could not have asked for a better vacation and we are already planning to return next year!

Beautiful Villa with lovely surroundings and the ocean just steps away. The pool and grounds were amazing and we enjoyed the lagoon, perfect for swimming.
