The house had two master bedrooms which was very nice. The host waa very welcoming and answered all the questions and concerns i had almost immediately. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans to make dinner or breakfast.The home is only 20 minutes from the parks and other area attractions which is great.

The Cumbrian home was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized every gadget was available for our use. The TV’s had streaming capabilities and were available in every room. The game room had all the latest features. It was located at the back of the house so you could not hear all the fun they were having when we were watching the football games. The bedrooms were very large and accommodating. Although the mattresses are a bit too soft. Overall our Christmas vacation was a great experience everyone enjoyed themselves. We took a lot of pictures on Christmas morning in the swimming pool and sent them back to the family and friends in Ohio, bragging about how much fun we were having sitting around the pool and grilling steaks and hamburgers on Christmas morning. Thanks for making our trip a great success.

Great property, very well equipped and nice lay out. Lovely secluded pool area, not overlooked at all and nice south facing pool.Any issues were sorted immediately, and these were minor. Good response time from Dave the property manager. Property was clean and spacious. Very close to the 192 where there’s lots of restaurants and a Walmart and easy access to Disney parks too.

Birthday family celebration

Had lovely family holiday in a great location. Situated in a safe gated community close to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. House was spacious and well equipped. Pool was a big hit with everyone. Would certainly recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect for my family We didn’t want to leave the house to explore. The only things the kids complained about was the Wii controllers didn’t work after we bought batteries but the pool and game room made up for it! My mother and grandmother enjoyed the air hockey and pool table.

Florida Family Vacation

This home is located in a nice gated community. The landscaping helps with privacy in the backyard. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space for us (4 adults & 3 kids ages 5, 6 and 9). Communication before, during, and after was great. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Florida Getaway

We were very pleased with the house and location so close to Disney. Family and friends joined us for part of the time and there was adequate space for everyone. We did experience a glitch with the pool heater. The property manager, Dave, responded promptly and it was fixed quickly. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Cumbrian Lakes Villa Kissimmee

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, credit to the Villa owners for making it such a wonderful place in which we spent our vacation. The villa was well equipped for all aspects of our stay. It was furnished with a thought to families and it definitely had that homely feeling. The Villa was extremely clean throughout, great attention to detail. Nice property, but needs a refresh

The home was located in a nice, quiet gated community in the Kissimmee area close to many attractions and shopping. Overall the house has "good bones" and with a little updating and TLC would be a great location to enjoy a Florida vacation. The interactions we had with the management company regarding an issue with the A/C not working properly and the need of a freon recharge which was resolved within 8 hours on a Sunday, which did not affect our daily activities, as we were out of the house for the day. Their response was timely. We also had one of the smoke detectors needing a battery replacement during our stay, which was addressed promptly. The house is in need of complete carpet replacement, as it is worn and stained. The flooring would be better replaced with LVP flooring which would be better suited for the Florida climate and ease of cleaning. The beds were comfortable, and the overall layout of the house was great for our group of adults (age range 55-87). We enjoyed the pool and spa, and would recommend the pool heat in all but the hottest months. I would recommend the property for location, layout and amenities, and with the needed updates, it would be a destination that anyone would thoroughly enjoy!

Great vacation home

The house was very clean and the pool and spa were really nice. Saw some deer in the back which was cool and spent nights outside relaxing by the pool. Rooms were clean and the whole house was an overall great stay. Would definitely stay again

LOVELY TIME!

DREAMS do come true in the most magical place on earth and this beautiful house in a terrific gated complex certainly contributed to that! Our daughter and family joined us and we had a fabulous week! The house was the icing on the cake! From booking to end Jane, the Property Manager was top notch with her customer service! Besides the house needing some updates to bring it back up to the evident pride of the owners we would recommend it all!

Great stay!

House was a great size for our family of seven! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to stores, restaurants and Disney. Loved the pool and game room! Great communication with owner, she is even mailing back to us a hat we left!
