You will love this light and spacious 5 bed 4 1/2 bath home, beautifully decorated it is a wonderful place to relax, especially if you've had a busy day visiting the parks, which are just a short drive away.

In addition to the bonus room, games room and private pool this home is situated in a nice community with a club house that has a large pool, gym, cinema, computer games room and pool tables.

What more could you need, once you've stayed here you'll never want to go anywhere else.

Welcome home to this stunning 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom resort vacation home.

Walking in through the front door you will be amazed at the level of elegance and detail this property has to offer.

The large open kitchen features all stainless steel appliances with gas range. Beautiful granite counter tops put the final touches on any cook's dream kitchen.

There is a large master bedroom on the first floor with full ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedroom, one of which is another master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also another large bonus room with over sized sectional sofa and flat screen TV.

Spend your days lounging by the pool which has a spa, over sized pool deck and no rear neighbors ! Best of all you will get sun mostly all day as the pool is South facing ! Enjoy Florida's natural beauty while enjoying your privacy. Just in case you get a rainy day there is well appointed games room in the garage featuring a pool table and air hockey table.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items.The minimum booking age of the lead party must be atleast 25 yrs old. We also do require all loose trash be bagged and placed in the bin for collection prior to departure.

If you did not request pool/spa heat when placing your booking and would like to add this service, please contact us at least a week prior to your arrival, as most pools take up to 24-48 hours to heat from the time it is turned on. If you arrive and wish to add this service, there is a USD 50.00 call out fee in addition to the daily pool/spa heat fees. Gas pool heaters is $40 per day plus tax. Electric pool heat is $30.00 per day plus tax. Pool/spa heat has a 4 consecutive day minimum.

Pool heat is set between 83°F and 86°F. We are unable to adjust this setting. If the temperature is in this range and it is not comfortable for you, the only option would be to turn the pool heat off. There are no refunds provided when this situation occurs.

Spa Heat
If the home has a spa, you must purchase pool heat for it to be warmed. The spa can only be heated by the pool heater. If you purchase pool heat, the spa can only be heated to 100, as the spa is not a hot tub.

Pool Heat and Extreme Low Outdoor Temperatures
All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F. This is a protective mechanism to prevent the pool pump from breaking by over exhausting to compensate for the cooler weather. In this case, the water temperature will indeed fall. Heat will automatically restart once the outside temperature reaches 50°F. Please note there are no refunds provided when this situation occurs. Pool/Spa heating is only available Oct 1 through April 30th.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property (including Vape). A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the smoking policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the home. If a pet is in the home, the guests will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. A cleaning fee of USD 350.00 plus tax will be assessed to any guest violating the pet policy to cover extra costs for sanitizing the home.

Great villa with loads of room.

Six of us had a great time at this villa. It's xlean, roomy and modern and is located in a large and friendly community. It doesn't take long to get to the parks and is highly recommended. Beds are amazing!

Our lovely roomy high end base

This property is beautiful ,very stylish and well presented,the development is accessed via a friendly manned gatehouse. We were a party of 6 adults and occupied the four doubles ,2 king en-suites (palatial),a queen en-suite and a queen sharing the house bathroom with the 5th bedroom ,every bedroom is excellent ,we thought it would be outstanding ,it didn't disappoint! The booking process was straightforward and Mayra Burgos of special dreams management answered any questions we had which was very reassuring . There is a nice accommodating clubhouse with a pool,gym ,and a helpful reception for info etc, Slightly further south than our previous visits to reach the i4 freeway ,Irlo Bronson hwy (192),old town ,shops, restaurants ,international Drive etc,but very much worth it as we calculated .

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was ours for 7 days in June. Everything was nice inside and out. One downfall with this rental is the air conditioning policy. 76 is wayy too hot especially when the air circulation in the home isn't that great. The whole week we were there it was 98 degrees. Would be nice to be able to come to a nice cool home after a long day at the parks. Also the location is a bit of a distance from all the attractions/shopping. But overall we made the best of it.

Nice property

The house was very clean and lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. The only problems we had were 1- very hot and humid makes for difficult sleeping when you can’t adjust the thermostat below 76. I understand about not wanting the unit to freeze up cause I’ve had that happen. Lowering the temp a couple degrees at night or programming the thermostat for certain temps throughout the day vs night (and 72-73 at night won’t freeze it) would make for much nicer sleeping. 2- we tried to eat breakfast everyday before Disney and fixed a couple dinner meals. There was plenty of cookware but the skillets really need an upgrade. Handles are very loose. (Also a few extra forks would have come in handy for our big group.) Other than these 2 things which are very fixable, the property was lovely, the pool was amazing and plenty of room for our large family!

One of the best

Having had 8 previous Villa holidays this is most certainly in the top 2. Absolutely lovely villa , clean and very spacious. The neighbouring villas are plenty far enough away and ,of course, you are not overlooked at the back. The sun rises over the trees at about 7.30am and is with you all day til 7pm approx. ( and we had the most fantastic Florida weather with not an angry cloud in sight and 98 degrees) The pool is lovely. Kept clean by weekly maintenance. The deck area is large so even with 8 of us it didn’t feel cramped. Inside the villa is equipped with everything you want and is a nice cool place to retreat to . Tragalgar Village itself is fairly new and gives a good feeling of space There is a guard on the entrance for security ( although a cheery wave seems to get you access anyway Lol ) My only , very minor, criticism is please replace the kettle with an electric one. The gas one took an age to boil A really lovely villa that I would highly recommend One final thing, we didn’t experience any problems while we were there but any contact I had with the management company was dealt with politely and promptly ( not always the case with some other companies)

Fantastic home, clean, tidy and spacious

We had such a great vacation at the property, the house is so clean and spacious, perfect for a large family, plenty of living space and bedrooms are all great. The pool area is fantastic and perfect for chilling out by and enjoying the sun. The location is a few miles off the 192 but easily accessible with a car and shops and restaurants are within easy access. Overall we loved the villa and would stay here again.

Overall we had a great experience. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. My 2 suggestions are every bedroom should have a TV and they all should be larger than 19”. I thought the sign about turning the thermostat below 76 and being charged was inconsiderate but I enjoyed my stay and would definately stay again!

Spacious, super clean home!!!

We loved the home as soon as we walked in. It was large enough for our two families of nine. We loved that the home was super clean. The initial description was misleading however. It does clearly state we need to pay to heat the pool. Being from Maine we didn’t want to heat the pool, however, we thought the hot tub would be hot and did not find out until after three days that they are connected and in order to have a hot-hot tub you have to pay to heat the pool. Once we paid for the pool/hot tub heating, it took another two days to finally get it at hot tub temp, an issue that the maintenance people had to come back out to fix. Once it was running it was wonderfully hot! Due to the delay we were refunded the cost of heating the pool/hot tub, and they said they would try to make sure it gets updated in the description. We would definitely stay here again!!

For the most part we were extremely happy with the home . Spacious rooms and many bathrooms was a luxury. Pool area and patio very nice. Property manager was absolutely excellent to deal with. Shortcomings to consider since you asked....lacked some kitchen essentials for max occupancy i.e. pizza pans, cookie sheets , shortage of cutlery , dish clothes and dish towels. Shortage of hand towels and face clothes. No bathmats. Inside front entry doormat recommended and at least inside coming from pool for safety reasons. Would suggest some hooks at front door entry for jackets/sweaters. Pool toys would be a nice to have. Some previous occupants said they left them behind but, they were missing. Pool heating was purchased and could have been set considerably higher considering cooler weather. Carpets should be considered for cleaning. Some lightbulbs burnt out , two detectors batteries dead, oven light burnt out , master bathroom fan upstairs not working. Seems very trivial but, we paid and you asked. Thanks

Great home

We had a fantastic time on vacation. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The community where the home is was very quite and not busy at all. It was very serene. We did see two alligators in the nearby pond water so beware of fishing or walking the banks(of course it’s florida you should assume they are in any water that isn’t see through). We were completely safe by the house though with the screened in pool area. Thank you for letting us use your home.

House was clean, large, roomy. Nicely decorated, kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Was located near many of the local attractions, yet in a quiet location. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.Had to call management team once for a question, got a voice mail, but they returned my call quickly and were very friendly and answered my question.Excellent family get away location

Beautiful family home

At the beginning of October 2016 my husband and I shared this lovely comfortable home with our 7 sons, my mom and my sister. If fit all 11 of us comfortably and the living space was very similar to our home. Our boys really took advantage of the swimming pool and the game room. The house was close enough to shopping centers, entertainment and the Disney parks. During our stay we experienced the effects of Hurricane Matthew which required us to request an extra night at the house. The management staff was easy to work with, understanding and accommodating with our request leaving us feeling comfortable. Overall, we would definitely recommend this to large families!!

Exactly like the photos. Beautiful, clean and comfortable home.

The home was really beautiful. The kids loved the game room and the pool. The wooded area behind the home was nice, making the pool area more private. The owner stocked the home with any utensil you may need. There was also an over abundance of towels, making it nice not having to wash towels daily. The furniture was nice and comfortable.
