Elevator was broken. Room was dated. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast awful - premade and reheated food. Very expensive for what we got. Will never return. I’m not a princess but for +$300 a night I would expect a 5* place - in Fergus of all places. Way too expensive.

This is the 1st hotel that I have stayed in where you have to pay for a crib. We don’t pay for our beds, why do we have to pay for a bed for a baby? The shower does not have much water pressure.

There was little to none water pressure in the shower. The parking lot was all torn up and full of potholes the plants outside of the hotel were dead. The benches could definitely use a paint job or replaced completely would not recommend staying there.

The hotel is located immediately behind a gas station. We weren't thrilled with the location, but otherwise everything was nice. It included breakfast, which had hot food, and the room was clean & very spacious.
