The kitchen was a bit small and it wasn't quite as spacious as I thought it would be. But it had everything you need (except a toaster because the built in one was broken but the front desk provided one as soon as we asked). The staff were very helpful and attentive which is typical for Japan. The property was clean and there was a washing machine although the drying had to be done by hanging the clothes in the shower and turning on a drying fan which was a bit less convenient than our previous hotel in Tokyo that had a combination washer/dryer in one machine. It was a very short walk to the subway station that had both major subway lines going through it. As in many Japanese hotels it was hard to figure out some of the controls for things like the lights, hot water and air conditioning. They provide instructions but it's still never that simple ... all part of the adventure of travelling to Japan. This was a pretty good accommodation overall.

Great location, close to the subway. The hotel didn't seem old and as usual, like anywhere in Japan, the service was excellent. The staff were prompt in responding to any requests that we threw at them.

酒店好大好寬敞，好乾淨，開門連匙卡都唔洗，用密碼鎖，好方便。廁所仲有暖氣功能，洗完既衫可以即日就乾晒，不過唯一唔好就係3日先執一次房同埋垃圾要自己拎落樓下丟。整體黎講係非常之好，下次再黎京都一定會再考慮再次入住呢間酒店！

お風呂とトイレが分かれているので快適です。 ゴミの分別を宿泊客がするので、汚さない意識が持ててよいです。 朝のコーヒーとパンのシステムは嬉しいです！欲を言えばパンが小さいので、無料のパン1人2個だと尚ハッピーです。

トイレとバスルームが別々になってたので自宅の様に寛ぐ事ができました。 お部屋はキッチンもあり、清潔で使いやすかったです。 1階で和風のお庭を望めて風情がありました。次回は家族で利用したいと思います。

フロントはバイト？

仕事で利用しました。連泊の場合室内清掃はなく、フロントも大学生バイトの様な人しかおらず、こちらの要望を理解し対応する事が出来ず、この値段で宿泊するならば、もっとサービスが良く快適なホテルが他にもあると感じた。領収書も提示されず、宿フロントの気の利かなさに、泊したことを後悔しています。次回は他を利用します。
