Our room was clean and comfortable but slightly small for a family of 4. That said, it served its purpose perfectly. Convenient location just 10 minute walk from Kyoto station and about 5 minutes from the frequently used subway stop.

Accommodation was perfectly situated. Close to metro station. Staff was very helpful. The only issue is that it was not possible to switch off the fan extractor in the toilet which meant that it was quite noisy especially at night.

The best hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip! There was no breakfast option, but the room made up for it. A spacious room with incredible amenities. Getting to the hotel at the end of the day felt like getting home!

Although the room was a bit of a squeeze for five people, we could all sleep comfortably. The staff were excellent and very easy to talk to. The room, was beautifully decorated and had an amazing rain shower. Located within a five minute walk of a train station, 7-11, restaurants and a Maccies. Also very close by train to the main tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome place about a 15 minute walk from Kyoto Station. It’s like an apartment with washer/dryer and microwave. Big couch and coffee table to sit at too. We really liked staying here! Walkable to plenty of shopping and restaurants and 7-Eleven about a minute walk.

Great stay in Tokyo

Appreciated the hotplate and dishware so we could cook our own breakfasts. Plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 double beds and two sofa set ups). Very nice shower with good water pressure. It is a solid 10 minute walk to nearest subway and 10-15 depending on your walk speed to Kyoto station. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
