This is a great property for 3-4 families or large groups. The layout of the house allows for 3-4 distinct living areas with lots of room to congregate.
The Main House has two master suites each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms plus a guest room with a private lavatory that can be easily accessed through the master. The guest room has an exterior door as well if privacy is desired. In addition, we have a TV Den between the two masters and a basement with a large flat-screen TV and multiple couches. The main house has many rooms to eat and hang out. The kitchen is well equipped and is designed to be the focal point for the house. The kitchen is just as much of an entertainment room as it is a kitchen, with bar seating, a couch, and a TV. You won't see a microwave here but you will in the butler's kitchen. The butler's kitchen is the perfect place for countertop alliances like the toaster, microwave, and blender. Use this room to store your dry foods and cold drinks, or prep and clean with a second sink and dishwasher. The formal dining room is a modern setting that opens up to the pool deck. The dining room table seats 10. Open up the double-wide sliders and find an outdoor dining table for 6.
The next living area is the Casita which has two bedrooms with queen beds both with ensuite bathrooms. The casita living room has a TV, mini-fridge, and sink. The views from the casita are arguably the best on the property overlooking the casita lawn, pool, and the beautiful Santa Rosa mountains above the palms and citrus trees.
The newest addition to this estate is the double king suite with an ensuite bathroom with an elegant freestanding bath and granite walled shower. Down the hall is a spacious game room with bar, regulation size pool table, 80' TV, and outdoor chipping/putting green and horseshoe pits. Behind the bar, you will find a mini-fridge and sink making the game room the ultimate hangout spot.

Rental suspensions resulting from noise or occupancy violations is a serious offense. Guests who cause a suspension of rentals as a result of noise or occupancy violations will pay owner loss of rent from such suspension. La Quinta has a strict 2 strikes policy with immediate 30-day minimum suspension if 2 citations are issued within 12 months. You will be notified before your stay if there are any citations prior to your arrival.
This property has exterior surveillance cameras at the front and rear entrances. It also has outdoor noise aware monitors to alert excessive noise levels.
