Great location. Friendly and helpful staff, cozy amenities. Felt like a home away from home. We've stayed here many times over the past several years and we always come back when we're spending time near Crystal Cove and the Sawdust Festival. Highly recommend.

The hotel room was very nice. The location was outstanding. Sal, the owner, was so nice and personable. We will definitely stay there again. I love the fact that you can take the trolley to the Pageant of the Masters, only a block away and down a little hill. The only thing I wish they had was a full length mirror in the room.

Had a wonderful experience at the Crescent Inn. Room was big. King bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Behind the property down the steps is an amazing secluded beach. Nicest one in Laguna. Sal who appeared to be in charge was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely stay there again next time in Laguna.

The property was perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to many beaches and restaurants. The free shuttle service is fantastic! The room was clean and well appointed. The manager Sal is very helpful and very attentive to your needs. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there next time I come to Laguna beach. Thank you Sal for everything! Ann

The location was amazing and we had such a great time! The room could use a few refreshing updates, but that’s pretty typical for a beachfront spot in such a prime location. Being so close to the beach made it completely worth it, and we really enjoyed our stay.

I reserved this hotel because of reviews. It is ok but not great. A/C was not working well. Staff was not very helpful. There was no house keeping or breakfast included despite advertised on expedia. Room was decent but not great. Pros: well located, easy access to the beach and sun umbrellas were available .

We stayed only one night and it was phenomenal! The innkeeper/owner (Sal) was beyond helpful, hospitable, and friendly. He provided lots of information on the place and surroundings. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had many extras like a fridge, keurig, microwave, bottled water (teas, coffee, plastic ware, beach towels, and extra water, available in the office). Outside there's a wonderful patio area, outdoor shower, and they have umbrellas, toys, and chairs, you can use for the beach. Great location and experience. Highly recommend!
