Ok. I wouldn’t stay again

The room was okay until we went out for the evening and came back and the entire room smelt like sewage they came and poured bleach down the sink. At first they tried to tell us that the hotel was full and they moved us to another room which was okay but not very comfy. Second point is the morning we were checking out they decided to take money off of my credit card for incidentals which should’ve been done at check-in But again had no confirmation that they were even going to take this money

Nice rooftop deck, near beach, classic charm. However…. Front desk staff was cold and unhelpful, claimed we needed to do extra reservation/call to get beach view room we paid for so ended up without. Also charged additional “resort fee” after being charged by Expedia already.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is in a great location. Tons of shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and only a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive to the downtown of Laguna Beach

Close to all the things!

The hotel is charming. The room my friend and I stayed in was small, but comfortable. We spent most of our time in the lobby by the fireplace. We were with a large group and it was the perfect place to sit and chat. The rooftop lounge is nice too, but closes at 9pm. We did have a delicious brunch up there the next morning.
