Being in the hospitality industry for over 18 years, I truly appreciate exceptional service. Crystal was warm and welcoming at check-in, provided helpful dining information, and reassured us that the room we booked would have a beautiful view. When we woke up the next morning, we were delighted to see the beach just as she promised. Her level of service was comparable to checking into the Ritz—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean during daytime, however very dark balcony in the evening. Two things were negative, the first is the very dark balcony, we would've loved some lights on the balcony to enjoy the views in the evening. I noticed there was another building that had nicer balconies with lights, that room/ building was never offered to us even though upon checking out, I asked about it, the receptionist told me it was oceanfront rooms, same category that we booked. The second issue was the complementary beach chairs/ umbrellas, we were told it was not offered for the entire week due to weather, even though the weather was beautiful most of the time and it was mentioned on the booking and we were charged a hefty service fee that included this service. I believe, we should get partially refunded for this. Otherwise the location is great and if not for these two negative points, I would score it much higher.

1. Drawer in room broken - maintenance had to tape it shut 2. Shower is freezing 3. No elevator to our room, had to carry luggage up flights stairs 4. Pool freezing 5. No towels at pool 6. No person getting beach loungers and chairs out. 7. Heater in room broken Not sure what our resort fee was for considering all the above. Expensive awful stay. We have been here before without these issues.

Room did not match the photos (chairs and table on the patio were much different, lots of other differences) and the "FREE VALET PARKING WITH BOOKING!" was incredibly misleading. Even the two front desk associates agreed that "many people" had walked in that day thinking they had free parking as well, only to find out that we all "booked the wrong package". The elevator in the "Premier Tower" is embarrassingly dirty, decrepid, and needs exhaustive renovation. For the price of the room/tower, you would think that there would be investment made back into the building. I've stayed here several times over the years, and they often neglect commonareas. Big bummer.

I love this place but I am not able to climb stairs. The room I reserved is down two flights of stairs and there is NO elevator access. I had to be put in a different room that only had a partial ocean view. I would just like the rooms that require stairs be labeled in larger font. I found on the website in some fine print an notice that one of your hotel buildings lacks elevators. Or maybe the hotel could put a wheelchair/ elevator/ lift??
