The location was great, walking distance to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. The front desk attendant was very thorough, patient and professional. She was the best part about the hotel! The problem was, I would never sleep in that room again! It was very small and cramped, the bath room was tiny. The carpet looked filthy. The room was very dated and grungy. The blow dryer didn’t work so they replaced it with another one that didn’t work. The valet we paid $45 for, we had to drag our own stuff down concrete stairs, all the way around the building down the side of the building and all the way down about another half block. They didn’t take our luggage to our room or help in anyway. We just drug our stuff all that ways to the room and the next morning down to the car! Overall, the staff was great that I would never stay there again.

This place is all around ok or fine. The entire hotel is dingy, rooms are run down, carpets torn, pool area is aged etc...The staff are awesome and friendly, but otherwise you can find better maintained hotels at the same price or better.
