Our stay at this home was truly beyond perfect. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. Every question we had was answered quickly, and it was obvious the host genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and stress-free.One of the most important aspects of our trip was wheelchair accessibility, and this home exceeded our expectations. The layout was easy to navigate, entrances were accessible, and the overall design made moving around comfortable and safe. It can be difficult to find places that are truly accessible, and this home was one of the best we have experienced. When we realized we needed additional shower bars, the hosts immediately arranged for someone to come and install them. Their quick response and willingness to make adjustments made a huge difference in our comfort and safety.What really set this rental apart, though, was the kindness and generosity of the hosts. When our departure flight was delayed, they were extremely understanding and allowed us extra time without hesitation. That level of flexibility and hospitality made a stressful travel situation so much easier for our family.This was not just a place to stay—it was a place where we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone, especially travelers who need wheelchair accessibility and appreciate thoughtful, responsive hosts.

Get place to stay with a group!

We had a great time! It was very cleaned and organized. They had snacks and tour guide ready for us when we came in! We had a group of 10+ and everyone fit comfortably and we all had a great time! They have a great outdoor area to hang out! Would defiantly recommend staying here! Close enough to the strip so you can go have fun, but far enough away that its quieter.

The home was perfect for my family to relax and enjoy each other. The location was perfect too. The home had everything you would need to have a great vacation. I always travel with home items and I was impressed how everything I needed was already there. Nancy maintains a beautiful and clean home. We were in Vegas to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. There were more than enough beds for all my son’s friends. The house was very clean and the kitchen stocked with essentials. Nancy communicated all of the necessary details and responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this home for large get togethers.

This house has a great layout and tons of room. We stayed there for a softball tournament weekend, and we have now bookmarked this house for our future Vegas trips. This is the first time I've done that, and I've been staying at Vrbo's for years when traveling.

Perfect for our needs

Great fit for a large group. Large comfortable couch, great game room, ample sleeping areas, TV’s all work, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the tools you need to cook. Close to Red Rock casino. Good restaurants and shopping. Near newish shopping. Close enough to strip but far enough away too. Owner was great about communicating. Would definitely use again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Canyon Gate. The check-in process was straightforward and the communication was timely and efficient. A dozen of us met in Vegas for a college reunion. The communication with Nancy right from the first interaction was very positive--very customer-service oriented. Given that we were all coming from different parts of the country to Vegas, we needed some flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. Nancy was very accommodating! The property itself is very spacious, well furnished with quality furniture, clean, and with different amenities & activities (hot tub, table tennis, variety of card/board games, etc.) to satisfy a wide range of tastes. Three full bathrooms meant no one was waiting for a bathroom! The backyard is simple, yet spacious and had some character. The neighborhood is quiet and adds to the relaxing environment that a vacation is supposed to provide. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean Home and Wonderful Owners

Okay, so this was my first time using VRBO planning a surprise 40th Birthday for my wife and 12 close family and friends in Las Vegas. Not knowing much I spent several hours looking at different properties in the LV area, when I came across this home that was available in a nice part of LV looking at the map and not far from the strip, however most of our time was going to be spent at the home and it fit the plan with plenty of parking for cars and room for family and friends. Nancy the owner is amazing. She was quick to respond same day usually within hours to emails that I had sent and was instrumental in helping get the home decorated to surprise my wife along with the help of her husband whose name I do not know. Nancy was every bit as pleasant on the phone as she was on email and the weekend and event could not have gone any better. My wife was floored and the family and friends that came along loved....loved the home. It was clean, spacious and decorated quite nicely with lots of things to do for the entire weekend. The home is completely stocked up with everything a vacationing family would need from towels, sheets and a Keurig machine with coffee! There are several stores close by to the home and some nice malls in Sumerlin. You will not be disappointed with this home. Nancy, thank you so much again for making my families stay memorable with your beautiful home and thank you so much for all your help, I am grateful for what you did and coordinated.
