Perfect with one big snag
I was very impressed with the cleanliness the service in the restaurant and the breakfast which was excellent including variety of cheeses to die for. The reception Staff very good and efficient but no smile. The reason I gave 4* rather than 5 was the shuttle bus which passed by the pickup location without stopping and even didn’t look. This forced me to wait another 1/2 an hour in bitter cold.The driver later explained that the parked bus obstructed him seeing me and another guest who experienced 2 such a treatments by shuttle driver. I wasn’t impressed! Everything else was great.

The hotel is great but the Restaurant is horrible. We ordered the steak 2 times medium well with fries…1. Serve was well done without anything than baked potatoes. We asked to fix it… got it raw with baked potatoes. Price included 4 boodles of beer 120 Canadian dollars.

Be aware that shuttle does not run continuously
We were in transit between flights and filtered our hotel search based on shuttle availability. So it was disappointing to find out that the shuttle would not be available for our flight's arrival. When I realized this, I messaged the hotel to find out the best way to get there without the shuttle and was ghosted. If not for that, I would have given it five stars.

Perfect spot to stay when you have a flight the next day - with a free airport shuttle and free breakfast it really was great value for money without a lack of quality Restaurant and bar are open late and parking is free - great value and outstanding facilities

Good airport access!
This is a great airport hotel for the price especially if you're traveling solo as the glass partition between the shower/sink area might not be appreciated by everyone. The toilet is tiny so may not be comfortable for larger people. Staff was really nice. The food is like the rest of the hotel, clean and entirely serviceable and the shuttle worked fine for me.
