We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport as we were flying out the next day. The hotel shuttle was excellent. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was timely. The hotel room was clean, the breakfast buffet was very good and was included in our room fee.

Good varieties of food. Breakfast room's door was closed, sending wrong signal to customers as it had not been opened, ready for service. Doors should be opened, welcoming customers during service hours.

Very good shuttle service, must just always reserve pickup with hotel beforehand . Rooms amazingly big and clean. Best shower I have had in a long time. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful interior. Unfortunately did not get chance to go to their restaurant, but it looked very nice.

Our stay at the Jangle hotel was relaxing and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Hotel staff was excellent as well. Restaurant food was delicious as well. Lastly; our airport shuttle was booked for the flight departure time and there was a miscommunication. Basma and Hisham recognized the mistake made by one of their colleagues and fixed the problem quickly and got us to the airport quickly and on time for our flight. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I would definitely bring my family back to stay at this hotel.

The stay started out rough but the manager was able to help and did everything he could to remedy the issues and make our stay more pleasant. We just wish we had worked with him 3 days sooner! :) would recommend for future visits

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast was awesome, enough choices that it’s hard to decide what you will have. Location to airport and shuttle service make it a great place to stay. Plus the little town area a short walk is good for a stroll, make sure you check out the church at night.

From the time we checked in, everything was easy. Parking, great. Room, very nice and amazing how sound-proofed it was. Breakfast, delicious. I only wished we had discovered the coffee machine in the lobby (it was kind of tucked away), but overall we had a delightful stay.
