The 40 sqm flat has a traditional atmosphere in a typical Lisbon neighbourhood, located in a quiet street of Pena neighbourhood, just a short walk from the apartment you will find Rossio and Figueira square. Perfect for couples and for city break.
This cozy apartment with lovely views to Rossio square is well appointed with beautiful details like the antique tiles in the kitchen, comfortable bed and provides the perfect place to explore all that Lisbon has to offer. The Kitchenette is a unique specimen, with an originally restyle-mix of old and traditional tiles, and is fully stocked with a cooker, toaster, Kettle, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee espresso machine, dishes, glasses, and utensils. A small selection of tea and coffee is also provided for guest use, free of charge.
In the apartment you will find 1 Double bed, bathroom with shower, Dining seating for 3 and Lounge seating for 3. Facilities: Internet access (wi-fi), Cable TV and all the rest of the appliances we usually have at home like towels, linen bed, iron, hair dryer.

We are here to provide all the advice for a pleasant stay, and will do our best to help in anything you may need!

All monuments, attractions, restaurants, little typical cafes, Museums, transports, taxis are within walking distance right outside your private apartment. A perfect base to explore the magic of this romantic city!

The convenient location to the train station, metro or taxi also allows you just as easily to visit the surroundings like Cascais, Sintra, Belem and Parque das Nações.

In less than 2m walk from the apartment, in Rossio Square, you will find Metro (green line) and Rossio Train Station to take you to Sintra.
In Figueira square, also 2m walk from the apartment you have several buses and the TRAM 15 to take you to the beautiful district of Belém, where you can visit fantastic monuments such as "Torre de Belém" "Padrão dos Descobrimentos" and "Mosteiro dos Jerónimos".
In Martim Moniz square you can take a ride in the popular TRAM 28 and visit all the historical districts of Lisbon.
Also in Rossio you have Taxis and a bus stop where you can take the Aerobus!
Better Location...really impossible!

Important aspects to take into account:
- Check-in between 9pm and 11pm has a fee of €25. Between 11pm and 1am (after 1am we do not check in), the fee is €35.
- Despite being very close, the apartment is at the top of a hill, to get there you have to climb a steep street and some stairs. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator.

Great apartment, not a great location

The apartment is clean, pretty and well equipped. It looks just like it does on the pictures. Reinaldo's welcome was very pleasant. He also gave us a long list of recommendations for restaurants and sights. On the other hand, the apartment, although very central, is in an environment that does not inspire confidence. In addition to the construction work in the building opposite (about which we were only informed 48 hours before the deadline for obtaining a refund, which didn't really give us time to turn around and find something else), the adjacent stairs are frequented by drug users and covered in garbage and excrement, more often than not prompting us to make a detour to get back to the apartment. However, the other side of the area is quite nice and has a couple of great local restaurants. Once the construction work is over and the stairs around get less sketchy, this will be an ideal place in Lisbon.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment in der Mitte von Lissabon. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wurden vorher von Vermieter über eine Baustelle vor dem Haus informiert mit der Option zu stornieren.Fande ich super! Vielen Dank für die nette Kommunikation.

Nice property, neighborhood issues

We appreciated how accommodating the host was, allowing us to arrive early. The property itself was well-appointed and had modern furnishings. All we needed, and bed was comfortable. As to the neighborhood, although it was convenient to local attractions, metro and train station, the steep climb and steps, garbage lining the approach to the unit, were off-putting. These aspects weren’t under the control of the host. Enjoyed being near Rossio and the Christmas market.

Lovely apartment in Lisbon

We decided to go to Portugal for our honeymoon. We are very glad to choose this apartment for staying. 1) The apartment is located in the centre of city, so we could easily find the restaurants, fast food, cafe etc,. even can walk to Baixa-Chiado for shopping. we could say the location is good for saving cost as well. Also Tram station to Belem is not that far :) 2) The room is pretty comfortable and clean. you can feel you are in Portugal even in the room because there is beautiful portuguese tiles in kitchen and bathroom. 3) The owner is very helpful and friendly. He introduced not only about apartment but the place must-visit and everything. Thanks of him we did not have any problem during our stay. *the only one thing you need to be careful is the steep slope and stairs from the square to apartment, you might struggle to go up when you have heavy baggage.

Great place to stay!

Located close to Rossio station in a quiet neighbourhood. Be prepared to climb some steep stairs. Appartment is nice, well equipped and comfortable to stay in. Host is very nice and helpful, you can ask and follow his recommendations for food and fado. We even got a reservation through him for a very good fado place. Overall a very pleasant stay!

The appartment was very great. Very clean, with all that you need for some days. The location is very good, all central Lisbon is waliking distance. Juan was very helpful and kind to welcome us and advice us for our visit. Thank you very much again !
