The apartment was perfect for my week long stay in Lisbon. The area is great with many awesome restaurants and cafes and time out market just down the street. Was easy to get everywhere from here. The apartment is spacious and well allocated with great wifi for working from home. Unfortunately the bathroom sink does not drain and they said they would send someone but did not. They only supply you with one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag (no paper towels etc.) regardless of how long you stay. When I asked about trash bags etc they said they only supply enough goods for ONE NIGHT. Ive stayed in rentals all over the world and have never heard this. After booking the management company tried to insist I pay the 50% remaining balance in cash upon arrival which I did not agree to. Very sketchy. The pick up for your keys is a 15 walk from the apartment so not very convenient. You have to give 30 euro deposit if you want a second key meaning on your way out you have to go back to the office. Also not convenient. The door locks automatically so I locked myself out and was unable to reach management until the next day. The emergency number was buried in a random link in one of the 5 emails I had received between Vrbo and the rental agency. The agency thought it was crazy that I couldn't find the number when I couldn't believe their answering machine wouldn't give you a number for emergencies. Anyway its a great apartment, just poorly managed.
