Fantastic location and helpful staff-apartment a bit tired

The only downside is that the apartment is a little run down, carpets have lots of stains on. One sofa was broken (in a fashion that I felt was dangerous for my child-screws sticking out). That may have been fixed. The toilet flush in the master bedroom was crazily noisey, definitely something not right there. The management team were very responsive and helpful and did what they could, and non of those things really affected our holiday, but it seemed the owner needed to revamp the place. All the cutlery etc was basic (ikea) but there was everything you needed. An extra few mugs and chopping boards would have been great. Great location, close to transport and loads of great places to eat. Bit loud on a Saturday night as directly above a pub (that did excellent craft beer!)

En plein coeur de l’action

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 4 nuits dans cette propriété. À deux pas du funiculaire Bica, de restos vraiment bons, d’un café et d’une microbrasserie. Vaste appartement très bien aménagé avec grande originalité., tant au niveau du mobilier, des textures et couleurs. Nous vous recommandons!

De um modo geral gostei da casa, está muito bem decorada ,Em termos de higiene também, achei que as camas estavam a precisar de uma limpeza , não o colchão, mas as camas em si, faltavam talheres , mais precisamente colheres de sobremesa ,de sopa e garfos, o cano do lava louça estava a deixar sair agua que ia para o chão, De um modo geral gostei , e voltava novamente.

First Impression was Great, but we had problems with the Electricity

Our first impressions were “what a nice place”, the host met us as scheduled and transportation from the airport was arranged as agreed upon. Our first night we needed the heat to be turn on. We turned on the heat in 2 bedrooms and with a few lights on the electrical breaker went off. We reset the electrical breaker and it went off again. The breaker went off 5 time the first night. In the morning we tried to make coffee the electrical breaker went again. We reset it 7 or 8 times that morning. With all of the electrical problems we ended up with no hot water for showering the next morning. We called the host and he returned our call while we were on a tour. We gave him permission to go into the apartment but he suggested he did not have a key to the apartment. On our 3rd day the host entered and did not respond if the problem was solved. We found out that the electrical problem was not solved as we turned on the heaters and the electrical breaker went off again. Over the 4 days we rented the apartment we reset the electrical breaker 16 or 17 times. We did not try to cook a meal...that would of been a nightmare. Knowing what I know now I would find another place to rent in Lisbon.
