This was our families first time in London, and our stay at this flat really made the trip for us. The location is amazing, perfectly located near the underground, shopping and restaurants. The flat itself was spacious and plenty of room for our family of 4. Communication with City Relay was smooth and they were always responsive. Would definitely book again for a future trip!

We had a great stay but there are things you should know. It’s one of those places where you need to pick up keys in a random place and drag your luggage 10 minutes to the property. You also get to drop off the keys at the random place, which is suboptimal and unnecessary since there is an actual lockbox at the unit. I probably wouldn’t have booked here if I had known in advance. We also had a random workman show up on our first day and expect to be admitted. He had keys and it freaked me out, although he was likely harmless. Highly unsettling for a female guest. Finally, the carpet in the unit is heavily stained and the furniture also needed a solid cleaning. The handheld shower wasn’t my favorite. Everything else was spotless and there was a good selection of tea and coffee, making shopping optional other than toilet paper. On whole, it was a positive experience with a nice amount of living space.
