This spacious apartment has a large living room and kitchen entertainment area. There is a well equipped modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob, and full cooking equipment.

Netherwood Road has two well-proportioned double bedrooms,. There is a lovey modern-style bathroom with travertine tiling and modern bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided.

There is a widescreen TV in the sitting room with all freeview channels, and DVD. Also there is Wi-Fi broadband access. The property is cleaned before and after your arrival and Ana the housekeeper cleaner is available for additional cleaning if required, and there is also a washing machine available. There is security intercom access from the street below.

There are a variety of local shops and pubs around Brook Green, and also a short walk/taxi ride away on High Street Kensington you will find a huge array of world class restaurants and big-name shops. The new mega-mall at Westfield (the biggest in Europe) with its extensive retail, restaurant, leisure and transport facilities is also within easy walking distance.

Appartement trĂšs sympa tout de couleur blanche. TrĂšs fonctionnel. Il y a mĂȘme un lave-vaisselle et un lĂšve-linge. Chambres confortables bien que petites. Les lits sont un peu etroit. Salle de bain tout de Pierre blanche. L'ambiance de l'appartement serait encore plus sympa si on retirait tous les tapis (vĂ©ritable attrape poussiĂšre). Situation hyper pratique entre 3 stations de mĂ©tro. Beaucoup de chouettes restos aux alentours.

Photos appear quite dated and do not reflect current state of the flat and whilst listing says it’s recently renovated it would appear that the renovation was some years ago. There is a steep flight of stairs to access the flat, shower head needs maintenance as it kept falling off the bracket and there is no extraction fan in the bathroom.

Para lo que buscabamos, el departamento y la ubicacion estuvieron perfectos. La estadĂ­a fue muy agradable, muchas opciones de tiendas, supermercados y bares/restaurantes. La estacion de metro y paradas de buses tan cercanas hacen toda la diferencia y, la comunicacion con los anfitriones fue impecable. Al departamento quizas le falta un poco de mantenimiento, varias cosas muy usadas o manchadas y, para estancias largas como la nuestra, falto algo de equipamiento que tuvimos que conseguir, pero el anfitrion estuvo siempre atento, cuando hemos necesitado ayuda lo redolvio super rapido y muy amable siempre. Lo recomendamos y volveriamos.

Wonderful flat in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and comfy beds.

Tima was incredible to work with! She went above and beyond getting us ready for our trip across the pond. The flat was the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring London. Several tube stations a short walk (10 min) from the flat. The beds were really comfortable and the building no was quiet. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay in Shepherds Bush

My stay at this apartment has been great. The property is located a 8 min walk from the Central line which easily connects to the main attractions of the city (Oxford Circus, Hyde Park) and is a 20 min walk from lovely Holland Park. The property has nice and new furniture and I found it perfectly cleaned at my arrival. Whenever I had a problem, the owner was prompt and fast in addressing my questions and providing solutions. I can only recommend to stay in this apartment!

Wonderful

We had a fantastic time in London. This flat was in a perfect location, close to 3 different tube stations to walk to, and a bus stop very close if you don’t feel like walking. Tima was a great hostess. We had a couple of issues, one with the lock and another with the kitchen sink leaking. She answered back right away and sent a repair man to come within an hour who fixed the problems. The neighbors were friendly and we felt safe. The flat was very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. I stayed for a month and wish I could have lived here. There is so much to see in London and this was great place to start out to explore from. I would highly recommend this flat to friends and family and would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to London Thank you Tima, for a wonderful experience.

What a great place and a great stay we had. All the helpful notes about the area and hints for a great vacation were spot on. The flat was quiet and clean and we received immediate attention to a self inflicted problem. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Well located, comfortable place to stay

We were 3 adults and a child staying over the Christmas period and absolutely loved our time in this apartment. Everything has been thought of (lovely soap and shampoos, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, glad wrap, alfoil, various teas and herbal infusions) that our stay really was like a home away from home. When we arrived, the heating wasn't working, but the owner came straight away and booked a plumber to sort the problem out quick smart. Location was great as it's not far from public transport options and a huge shopping centre if you need to pick up anything. Lots of food options nearby, even when arriving late. Communication was great and lots of information about the surrounding area. Will stay here the next time we are in London!

Best Place to Stay

This was our first trip to London with our family of 4. The elegant apartment in Kingsington was the perfect place to stay. Close enough to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants out of the touristy areas. Our hosts were amazing. The apartment was clean, modern in decor and had everything a family or couple would need for a perfect stay. We recommend this apartment highly as well as the hosts. You can't go wrong with the elegant flat in Kensington.

Convenient place in a nice neighborhood

Small, clean apartment in a nice neighborhood near Shepard's Bush Underground and Westfield London Mall. Lots of good restaurants inside and outside the Mall. Plenty of room for the two of us in our group. I loved the espresso machine and made myself a latte every morning. The laundry is a combination washer/dryer. Ask for instructions. I never did figure it out.

Modern, clean, and well-equipped apartment

A good location convenient to tube stations and grocery shopping. We eat in so can't speak for the many restaurants in the area. Everything was clean and in good working order. We had a bit of trouble on arrival day as the email with our detailed late afternoon flight info was not acknowledged and confusion about phone numbers had us playing phone tag while waiting outside the flat.

4 Star's for this rental - easy access to most sites

We stayed for four nights in The Kensington Apartment and found it comfortable with easy access with public transit into central London. It was also just a short walk to the huge "Westfield Mall" for all you shop to you drop people.

Overall a very nice option for home base to explore London. Tube station and buses are within 10-15 minute walking distance, as advertised. Several restaurants and grocery stores also within walking distance. Beds are on the firm side, but not uncomfortable. Toilet and shower are in separate bathrooms, which makes getting ready in the morning easier. Bedrooms overlook quiet garden area and not the somewhat busy, but small, street. The neighborhood is not extremely posh, but not bad either. I'd say it's on par with this excellent price for a 2 bedroom flat in London. It does skirt a really nice area. The bathrooms and kitchen seemed very clean, but I think the whole apartment could've used a much more thorough sweep/vacuum. We noticed a lot of dust and hair gathering in the corners and under wastebaskets, as if it hadn't been done in awhile. And the carpet in the living room was definitely in need of a clean. The washing machine had been broken by a previous renter and was not repaired during our stay, which was somewhat frustrating as we had a long trip ahead of us and were relying on the ability to wash the small amount of clothing we'd brought. But we understand this happens. The kitchen was well laid out, with the necessary amount of basic eating and cooking utensils. Minor issues: 1) There's a much-too-large for the room end-table next to the couch that makes it near impossible to navigate the kitchen/living area, if the owner reads this we highly recommend downsizing or removing that as it was nearly the cause of injury several times. 2) Meeting up for entry to the apartment was not well-handled. I had emailed with the manager several times letting them know when we'd be arriving and provided my mobile number. They responded that our arrival time would be accommodated. When we arrived at the apartment there was no one to greet us, no note, text message, email or phone call to let us know the plan for how to get in. I buzzed the apartment several times and no one answered. I called the manager several times with no response. We waited at least a 1/2 hour before a man arrived, who though he did not introduce himself and was somewhat unfriendly, did finally open the door for us and also helped us get our bags upstairs. All that said, if we return to London, we would stay here again.

Perfect place in London

I stayed at this apartment for fours days together with my husband and daughter. It was great in every possible way: Good location and close to buses, tube, restaurants and shopping, but a quiet and nice area. The apartment was very nicely renovated and decorated, had comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was so nice to stay in a place where effort had been put into decoration and it was very clean. The owners/management were also very nice and helpful.

Compact 2 bed roomed flat, ideal for a long weekend.

Compact two bed roomed apartment, situated in between 2 tube stations (on different lines) and near bus routes on quiet street, ideal for travelling into central London. Facilities good overall, plenty dishes, cups, glasses etc in kitchen. Very clean throughout. Unfortunately no hook to hang shower head on which made showering an interesting daily challenge! Supermarket within 2-3 minute walk, ideal for basics. Owners good at keeping in touch and flexible with our arrival time. Would stay again.
