Not luxury
The area has everything you could need including a beautiful green space & park. However, the property is not luxury. When we arrived there was building work still happening, the apartment was not the one advertised, there was no oven as stated, the bathroom was so small I couldn't even turn around in it and there was a foul smell, like a blocked drain smell, in the bathroom. The bed was awful, the most uncomfortable bed I've slept on. The apartment was narrow, no decent views from the window as we were down on the bottom floor. Good points: fairly clean, an attempt has been made to make guests feel comfortable: coffee, shampoo, towels provided, decent size TV, iron, microwave. If it was advertised as a standard, basic room then there wouldn't be an issue for me. But describing it as a fabulous luxury apartment is misleading.
Overall we did enjoy our stay. I wish we got the room pictured and advertised & I wish some had informed us that there would ongoing building work, when we returned on the Saturday there had been carpet laid and all the all cuts were chucked by our flat door.
I can see what the owner is trying to do, but right now the flat isn't quite there. It will absolutely met your basic needs but don't expect luxury.
