Clean room, good bathroom and comfy bed, 1 star taken off due to only 1 glass being provided for a room for 2 people. The water jug had the last customers water in also.

Great location with a cool vibe. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby in the evenings with a pint or glass of wine after busy days of being tourists.

The receptionist was so helpful and took time to discuss places to eat and the easiest ways to get around. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel, LOVED IT!

Location is perfect, walking distance to burough market. Hotel itself is very cozy, nice little botique hotel. 90% of the staff was nice and helpful. Busy holiday season when we came maybe why front desk staff was not as friendly or helpful, or maybe its a London thing. But all in all, we will probably stay again.

Great location, close to couple of train and Tube stations and Borough Market and yet it was quiet during the night and we could get a good sleep after a long flight. Stag=ff was very friendly and accommodating as we arrived a bit early and they stored our luggage and gave us a few suggestions on what to explore in the area. Room was clean and well maintained. As we stayed for 8 nights we were asked for the room to be clean every other day and every time we needed something it was provided to us immediately. Great value - wee booked a package on Expedia with a flight and received 2 nights off. Great place that would definitely recommend and stay again when in London. Thank you.

This was my first time traveling to London and I chose this hotel because it was in a convenient location and the rooms were larger than many other places I could see. It worked out well. The area is very walkable and not too far from tube stations to get anywhere else in town. I would definitely happily start here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.
