We really liked the size of the room. The check in went smooth with the person speaking perfect English. They had a large group checking in front of us but used an extra person to take care of them!

Paid twice for the same room!!

I arrived after midnight and the reservation was cancelled as no show. I had been calling all afternoon and evening to let them know I would be arriving late but they never answer the phone. I had to pay again for the exact same room I had already paid for - so far no refund is forthcoming!

This property starts with a stunning first impression. The lobby is beautiful. Modern and well decorated. Unfortunately, my personal experience of the room I had was less than the impression of the lobby. The bed had no fitted sheet, just a top sheet and a sad looking duvet. The room is incredibly average. Bathroom shower is excellent, but the mirror had pink mildew around the edges. Overall worth staying for the location. It is clean and fine. Just the impression the lobby gives versus the individual room is a bit of a let down, but not a dealbreaker.
