The staff at the front desk were amazing especially the poor lovely lady at the front desk whom had to deal with myself . She actually upgraded us to a luxury suit at no extra cost but the luxury suit fell short . There was a huge red wine stain on the carpet, red wine stains on the wall paper, wall paper coming away from the wall, what looked like a blood stain on the door. The bathroom was tired and had cracks, rust, mildew and poor workmanship on the tiles not to mention a shower curtain. The bed however was very comfortable and the air con was beautifully cold. The room actually grew on me despite the fact it needed a full revamp. The hotel has a "bistro " which is in the reception and just higglty pigglty furniture which makes no sense. It was the most bizarre set up. The location was brilliant . The breakfast buffet was okay but price pint pastries etc were used .This hotel could be so much more and in need of modernising. The pictures do not reflect the conditions of the rooms unfortunately but there were plus points to take away .

It was just ok. For the amount we paid it was expensive to not have WiFi and for the tv to not work even after specifically requesting reception to send someone to come fix it was a waste of time. It was very cold and in 1 room still had the details of a previous guest. Just didn’t feel like they wanted us to be there. Small rooms especially for 1 room there were 2 people. Old furnishings and cracked sinks. Concierge was good though. Zlatan was superb, very helpful and caring with our bags that were delayed from Heathrow and delivered them up to us. Location was convenient to Harrods.

Will stay at this hotel next time I visit London. Easy for train, shopping and staff is most helpful. I did not dine at the hotel as I was on business and had other options. Property was clean, room was spotless and bed was comfortable.

The rooms are in dire need of renovation and the walls are so thin you can hear the conversations in the next room. It’s a wonderful location and the breakfast was decent so if are you looking to save some money versus some of the higher end properties in the neighborhood you may want to take your chance.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience. The bed appeared old, offered little support, and made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The windows in the room did not open, and the air conditioning system only blew hot air, leaving the room stuffy and overheated. Combined, these made sleeping almost impossible. I reported the issue to the front desk the following morning, and the staff assured me they would escalate it to Head Office and copy me into the correspondence. Unfortunately, no follow-up ever came. After checking out, I also submitted a complaint through the hotel’s website and only received an automated acknowledgement — weeks later, there has still been no further response. For a hotel in such a prestigious Knightsbridge location, this was well below expectations. The room and facilities feel dated, and guest concerns appear to be overlooked rather than addressed. A good night’s sleep and attentive service are the bare minimum any hotel should deliver, yet neither were achieved during my stay.
