Millennium Knightsbridge Hotel London

Overall nothing like we expected. Everything in the hotel including the room is old and worn out. The bathroom was terrible, the heater in the room didn’t work so they brought us a portable that then would bake the room. About the only thing that was close to acceptable was the breakfast buffet. And I would only rate it has average at best.

Bad smell from the bedding, which hadn’t dried properly, and the bathroom smelled of mould and damp. Combined, it was pretty overwhelming. When feedback was provided to staff, they shifted blame onto me for not telling them sooner.

There were ants in the room between the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom is outdated and cramped Staff wouldn’t serve us tap water in the hotel bar because ‘it was closed’ yet there were people still outside drinking
