A newly refurbished, bright, comfortable two bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms on the lower ground floor of a typical white stucco house, just eight minutes from Victoria Station in Central London.

LOCATION
Whether this is your first visit or you are returning to London this is a fabulous location in the centre of the most vibrant city in Europe.

Pimlico is a predominantly residential area located in the heart of central London. There is a good selection of local shops and bars and many iconic tourist sights and attractions are within easy walking distance or a short bus ride from the flat.

The flat is close to the excellent transport facilities of Victoria (Underground, train, coach and bus) from where you can easily reach every part of London and the rest of Britain. It is very easily reached from all major airports and stations.

Eurostar is less than 30 minutes away and Heathrow, Gatwick and London City airports can all be reached in under an hour.

By bus, tube, cab or even walking you can get to all of these places or landmarks within 25 minutes from the flat:

The property management company charged us $10 pounds each for dropping our bags 2 hours early even though the apartment was not available at the time of our arrival. 2 of our 6 nights were interrupted by very loud upstairs neighbors fighting. Upon ourdeparture housekeeping came 1 hour before our allowed check out and we vacated to the street with our bags in the rain. Overall our stay at this property could not be highly rated in our experience with satisfaction.

Mostly good flat to stay

This property was very nice. Great location, good amenities, and very clean. Only issue was Wifi which did not work most of the time we were there. Technician showed up the morning we were leaving. Also, heat did not work properly. This is a basement flat which I would not prefer in the future.

Flat was perfect for 3 adults. Kitchen worked well for light meals. The central location made it accessible to all parts of London and surrounds by bus, underground and train.

Great location

This was a great condo for 4 people ! We had five. We discovered that you need 3 bedrooms with 5 + people if anyone wants to be in the livingroom in the evening. With the couch made up into a bed there is no place to gather. Our mistake. The washer/dryer combo that is in most UK condos are pretty much washers only. If you have to hang your damp clothes all over the apartment, the humidity goes way up and the clothes don't really dry. Other than that, it was clean, there was an elevator to bring your bags down. (Can't imagine getting them down that narrow circular metal stairways by hand!) We felt secure, warm, close to transportation (although with 5 we ubered most places), lots of restaurants a few blocks away, a couple groceries within a few blocks too. Overall, a great place to explore London from.

Great location for Central London!

Excellent Location

This was a very nice place to stay in London. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room furniture was comfortable. The master bedroom was a good size and very comfortable as well. The only issue was in the second bedroom, there is very little room between the bed and the radiator on the far wall. Overall, a nice place to stay in a great location.

Flat is in a good, central location, which is a short walk to Victoria Station. Restaurants, pubs and groceries are all in a short 5-10 minute walk. We appreciated the professional and flexible management which accommodated our untraditional arrival and departure times. A benefit for those travelling in from other countries with odd flight times. The flat is well appointed and accommodated 4 adults and two kids just fine. There can be a bit of noise from the upstairs flat, but obviously that isn't within the managements control necessarily. We would stay here again.

A lovely place!

This flat was exactly as described. Clean, well located and well appointed. The beds were a bit firm ( I like soft beds) but not uncomfortable at all. I have no problem recommending this flat to anyone.

Exactly as Pictured and Great location!

My husband and I and another couple stayed in the Pimlico Flat for 6 nights. We didn't know exactly when we would be there because of our travel plans but even giving only a day's notice, there was someone there to meet us at the arranged time. The Flat was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, clean, light, plenty of room and storage, comfortable beds. One of the best features was the ipad that was left by the TV that had instructions for everything, places to visit, and all the information that you could ask for in once place. London was going through a horrid heat waive and they had taken the extra time to set up fans for us as well. There was coffee and fruit left for us and a wonderful bottle of wine. The Flat was only about a 5 minute walk to Victoria Station where we could get to everywhere from. There were several grocery markets just up the road and numerous pubs, including one less than a block from the Flat. We would absolutely stay here again if our travels take us to London. Thank you!
