Bug in bathroom. Sheets had a stain. Carpet also stained. Two hours from LHR. Train was very loud all night. Bar staff was polite and food at the bar was ok. Would stay elsewhere next time.

It was a good stay, however I did ask staff about the later arrival of my partner as he was driving to the venue and had been stuck in traffic. They reassured me this would be fine if he gave my name on arrival, but instead at 11:30pm I had to come down and get out of bed and dressed to collect him from reception as they wouldn’t let him come up to the room. Its a shame as its a nice hotel but this and the slow service being taken to breakfast may put me off returning to the venue.

If you are looking for a low cost hotel for a couple of nights then this is the hotel you need , location is great if you want to be close to the attractions of Greenwich .

The main entrance scent was lovely. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They allocated a spacious and clean room for my family. There were shops near by and the station was just behind the hotel I was very pleased. One thing I suggest, upgrading the bathroom to a more aesthetic style and improving the breakfast menu I was not able to get plant based milk or yogurt for my daughter.
