Worst hotel experience ever!
Due to word limits, could not post complete review here- but posted that on hotel google maps page directly.
In short, we booked the hotel around two months before our intended trip and we requested a change within 24 hours of booking- which was declined by the hotel.
Upon reaching the hotel 2 days later than the booked time, The reception team didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and even confirmed that they did not approve the change- expedia tried it on their end(thanks to expedia). She said that we can’t give you any credit as we were a ‘no-show.’ and we will have to wait for the room to get ready.
Home come we were no show? I have email trails regarding the change request. I tried to explain same thing in person- she would not even listen.
How does this even make sense- you are not giving me any credit and I paid from October 1 how can you say that my room is not even ready?
She said that as a courtesy, she is giving me free coffee card - Don’t get me wrong but I don’t care about your coffee - Train your staff how to provide customer service! would never recommend this place to anyone.
