Fabulous Stay

I booked this hotel for my wife and her friend for a theatre weekend. She said 'the staff were lovely, the room was quiet despite being in central London, the beds were comfy, good breakfast. We both appreciated the nice aromas throughout the hotel and the level of cleanliness. The upgrade was an amazing bonus. It made such a difference between being a nice weekend and being a really special weekend. It was fab!'

Comfy stay but needs improvement

I usually stay at the Radisson on a regular basis and usually it’s amazing but this time not so much. Sink plug was broken, TV kept switching off and the shower tray was quite dirty with hair. The carpet had seen better days too and looked dirty and there was a nasty stain on the chair by the window. Shower was extremely small too. Bed was really comfy and coffee machine was good though.

Excellent location near the British Museum. A beautiful Victorian Hotel with lots of shops, restaurants, transportation, and attractions near by. The room was relatively small but very comfortable. Booked a two bed room and was given a single queen bed to share with a friend which ackward and uncomfortable. After a request for adding an 18 pound breakfast compimentary because of the misrepresentation of room availability we were refused. Even as courtsey it would have been nice but they stuck firmly to policy.

1.5 blocks from tottenham court rd tube station and less than 10 from euston, st pancras, and kings cross stations, very convenient for travel. Will visit again. Prepaying for breakfast gets you a discount, quality is above average

The breakfast was the best, eggs cooked to order. The coffe was great as were the pastries and other accessories. The location was central London . The room was clean as was the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was my second stay at this location and will be my third when I return
