Not as expected per advert and customer service non-supportive
The property was clean and decent enough, but small bits of dirt and rubbish throughout and not as advertised; customer service unhelpful; very dissatisfying.
When everyone has product, what is the key differentiator?
Thought this might be a nice change from the usual and Vrbo better than its competition but this experience was just more of the same, poor service sadly.
