Beautifully designed, clean and quiet. Staff were always friendly and knowledgeable in general but the Valet service is excellent. Felt safe leaving my car in their hands and with texting ahead, my car was ready by the time I left my room. Great value for the area!

Not a great stay. The only parking available costs $67. We asked for a quiet room. We were put on the 3rd floor facing the street, very noisy! Cars, garbage trucks… The guy in the room next to us was SO loud, on his phone at 6am for hours. I know that’s not the hotel’s fault but didn’t help the situation. For the price they should offer a free continental breakfast.

Very good choice

Business trip. Got in early and was able to check in and get my room. Perfect. Staff is friendly and willing to answer questions. Great location for the work I was doing at a nearby museum. My second stay.

I had reservations for 2 rooms. Unfortunately when we arrived at 8pm only one of the rooms was ready. The other room had to be cleaned and we were made to wait a good 45 minutes before we got our second room. On the second day of our 3 day stay we requested cleaning service for our rooms but this was not done. When we returned at the end of the day we didn’t even have clean towels. A call to reception got us fresh towels and an apology for our rooms not being cleaned. Overall, a newer hotel with nice people working but not good service. Perhaps not enough personnel.
