I decided on this hotel because I had previously stayed at Aventura Florida, and it was excellent. However, I was really surprised to see that this AC was not the same. The location is not as nice as they wrote in the reviews, it’s very noisy because of the constructions near it, The staff was very rude and not helpful at all. From the moment I checked in and got to the room, I had to immediately call the front desk to ask for another room because the one they gave me was not clean and smelled horrible, They changed the room and it improved a little bit, it was clean, it even had a sticker on the door stating that it was completely clean and sanitized, the first room didn’t have the sticker. Nonetheless, even though the room was better, the whole floor smelled terrible and there was a garbage bag next to the elevator, I took a photo of it because it was really shocking, disgusting and disappointing. As I mentioned, the staff wasn’t helpful, I had to call 3 times for towels, soap and shampoos, when they brought them the lady was very rude and almost threw the things at me like saying “there you go and stop calling”. At the lobby they have a section where you can buy something to eat and drink, when I approached the front desk to pay, they said they don’t accept cash just credit o debit, which in my opinion is not helpful. When I made the checkout I asked for the statement to see the balance, and the lady said that I was going to receive it in my mail, nothing has arrived yet.

The good: The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the hotel and rooms were very clean. The on site fitness room was a plus. The not so good: The rooms were smaller than an average hotel room. There was no restaurant on site and the rooftop pool was more like the size of a large spa instead of a pool. Parking was also a bit expensive. No option to self park.

This new hotel is beautiful. Our room was clean, the perfect size and modern. The shower was amazing! I loved the products provided in the bathroom. Water hydration and ice stations on each floor, really came in handy. The liquor license should be approved any day. That was the only down side. The rooftop bar would have been a wonderful experience.

I loved the staff, they made us feel extremely welcomed! They went out of their way to offer us different food services near by! I can’t wait for the hotel to have their liquor licences!
