The staff was very courteous; 1 elevator was broken the entire visit, which was inconvenient; the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work; nor did the thermostat in Room 527; coffee and creamer were provided, but no stirrers -- I expected better. Also, certain items on the breakfast buffet were mislabeled

The room appeared neglected, and the bed was not clean. There was a significant amount of hair on the bedding, which looked like short dog hair. I have allergies, and this caused a reaction. The entire bed seemed to be covered in pet hair, which is a health hazard and completely unacceptable.

We are a family of five, so we utilized the sofa bed. We stayed 5 nights. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was great. They have an omelet station. The dining breakfast area would be blocked off after breakfast, so that no one could use the tables later in the day if you order food and want to eat in the lobby. The tables they do have available do not allow you to use them for outside food. They do have seating areas to eat at, but no tables to eat outside food.

This hotel room was not clean. The windows would not close or lock and when we called about it, they did nothing. Only two elevators worked for our entire stay. This is not your typical Embassy Suites and the age/status of this hotel should be stated at booking. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable/old. This hotel needs an overhaul.
