The motion lights came on three times when I was sleeping. It took me a long time before I got back to sleep. The remote control for the television wasn’t working properly and was extremely frustrating. The bed was lumpy. The woman at the reception desk was aloof towards me and my questions. She has horrible customer service skills. I have worked in the service industry my entire career. I will not repeat the mistake of reserving a room with your hotel again.

I booked this hotel for staying only 8 hours, but because of shuttle issue ,I got only 5 hrs in room and paid full amount of 1 day charges. I was waiting 1 hrs and 45 min. for shuttle at Lax airport on road in cold weather. very bad experience!

Staff were as helpful as they could be dealing with having to be forced to pay for 2 hotel stays even though only stayed for that one trip. But I was made to pay for both trips because Expedia would not work with the hotel property to correct. So spent a lot of time in the lobby on the phone trying to rectify that when it never got rectified. The hotel stated they would provide guests with new towels & such every other day but was never provided with new towels and even had to resort to calling down late at night after just getting back to the hotel from being out all day and get new towels and wait for them so we could shower. The staff were friendly when interacting with them, just was an upsetting situation all around though.
