I appreciated the complimentary uber service (1 free trip) and the wine and coffee service. The room was quiet and the overall property was well-maintained. There were only pillows per bed though and those pillows were incredibly flat. While I appreciated a text from the property inquiring into how things were going, I don’t think I received the foam pillows I requested. Also I would have liked the coffee and tea service to have remained beyond 10 AM. More significantly, the billing process was not very transparent. After booking the room through a third party app, the additional amount that I had to pay at the hotel was more than I anticipated and the numerous extra fees and random charges were very confusing to track. I got the feeling I was being “nickel and dimed.” Ultimately I wasn’t confident I got the best value for my money at this property.

Parking fee is crazy ,rooms r clean ,housekeeping was very nice . I just don’t like that our bathroom has no airvents so when someone uses the bathroom ,the smell can’t escape . The AC unit is very loud.we like that the hotel is close to campus

It’s a lovely property in a nice neighbourhood. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The room was large and nice amenities. The door of the bathroom didn’t close and that was a bit awkward. Phone calls for room service was not answered, maybe a one off miss. Overall a happy place to stay, would rate 4.5, though not 5

We loved this location, cleanliness, safe, walkable, cool rooms! The only draw back was additional fees for items. For example, the room service had additinal fees on top of the service fee and tip. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Clean room, quiet, great location. Highly recommend. Spa water downstairs. I wish there had been a tea/coffee maker in the room. Room did have a mini refrigerator, which I appreciated. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but the menu looked tasty.

The busy Wilshire traffic could barely be heard from my room and I was able to sleep well. The location is perfect for a Westwood visit. The room was comfortable and most of the staff were exceptional. The only problem was parking on arrival. The driveway was too full for me to park and they require check in before you can park. It was stressful for me to wait in line to check in, knowing that my car was blocking others arriving behind me. I wish I could park and then get a voucher to use afterwards, like other hotels where I have stayed. Otherwise, I enjoy staying here.
