Nice place lots of hidden costs like paying a quest amenity fee each night and a hotel worker protection ordinance sur charge. Service was great people were wonderful.

STAY AWAY - Staff was incompetent and rude. They took $1860 ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT WITHOUT AUTHIRIZATION for a 2 night stay. I paid in full at checkin with my AMEX and charged the $150/night incidentals deposit to my debit. During my 2 night stay my debit was charged 4 separate charges totaling $1850.25 when my reservation was already paid in full. When I addressed this the staff had no answers and put me on hold for ages only for Emily to pick up and be condescending and rude to me so I took time to come back to the hotel in person to actually speak with someone. Now I am not sure how long it will take to get my refund of the overage
