Following MapQuest sends you through an alley that seems sort of sketchy. Take Beverly Blvd to the location to spare yourself a headache! The place itself was clean and well kept. It looks like a small apt. complete that was converted to hotel. Worth it for the price and location. Details: The location is great! Was able to walk to the Grove and other points of interest. Also, short Uber/Lift rides to other stuff. Parking at the site is as available on first come first serve basis and they did not charge for it. Room was OK and spacious. Oddly no closet or place to hang anything up. AC worked great!! Fridge in room barely works, bring your own cooler/ice. Staff nice by not very verbal. No iron/ironing board in room, you have to ask. I only got an iron. NOTE: The surrounding neighborhoods are loaded w/cars. Two-way streets seem like one way due to heavy parking. I recommend early check-in and staying parked for the time you are there.

The rooms are super clean. The front is dated and we were a little hesitant but once we were in our room it was quiet and clean. Parking is first come first served however we always had a spot. The farmers market and mall are a short walk. We enjoyed our stay
