There were shops in the attached mall. Parking available for $25 in the shopping mall, but no in-and-out privileges. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating. The pool was outdoors and quite cold. The overall ambience of the hotel was very nice. Room was comfortable and good water pressure. Good location--many restaurants next door in mall and walking distance to metro station. Would stay here again.

This is our second stay at this Lowe’s hotel. It is walking distance to everything you would want to see in Hollywood. Jimmy Kimmel live studio is right across the street. There is a mall right next to it with a lot of food choices walkable to a McDonald’s across the street. The staff was always amazing no matter who you talk to at any time of day. Our room had a refrigerator in there. I can’t speak on whether all of them do. Even the cleaning staff were so friendly always says hi and good morning.

We were in the 14th floor. Very quiet considering Highland Avenue is a very busy street. Beds were very comfortable. We were very close to our restaurant and the Pantages Theater. Both within walking distance.

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the scenic views — truly breathtaking and the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be more convenient! Getting around to explore the sights was a breeze, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The rooms were impressively spacious, giving me plenty of room to unwind. And the bed? Pure heaven.
