The friendly staff, specially Deana. She was great from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was clean and our rooms are were nice. We will definitely stay again. It was about 15 to 20min from Universal Studios.

I have stayed there multiple times. The rooms are large and accommodating for a family as well as safe when traveling alone. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, bright and welcoming. They do need more towel racks/hooks in the bathroom- especially when traveling with a family.

We were assigned a room, 2 Queen suite/studio. Sheets were stained and unclean. Couch cushions were torn. Generally looked worn down. Hallway was dirty, litter everywhere. Room smelt funky too. Requested a room change, got it and some of the same issues - smelt funky and the couch cushion was torn. Furthermore, mattresses on the beds were way past their life and both the mattresses and pillows were lumpy.
