My family enjoyed our stay at this resort. The room was fantastic. The pool was wonderful, the restaurants were very satisfying. The spa was great. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I found the towels to be less than decent. They were pretty scratchy and after getting sunburned the last thing you want after a shower is course bath towels. Soft towels can really make a difference.

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and would stay there again. The hotel was amazing from the staff to the room to the pools. Everything we ate was delish and the happy hour drinks (2 for 1)

Broken coffee maker that never got fixed even when I complained about it. Pool water was too hot. Staff admonished us for having a cup of noodles while lounging by the pool, and the cup of noodle was bought from their own market that cost $3-$4.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly and nice. The most important part to me was the cleanliness of the property. If I had to give one negative, I would say the food isn’t great and also expensive. I don’t care about pricey food, as long as it’s good but when it’s not AND it’s expensive that just sucks. For sure if you want good food, go off the property. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
