Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. We were caught by surprise with the roadwork. One day the city came in with no notice and ripped up the street. We don't know when the work will be completed. We have not had any problems with walking around the neighborhood, except for watch your step with some of the debris from the construction. Access to our off-street parking is still available. Our receptionists do not speak a lot of english, but they surely can be warm and friendly with guests. We will work on improving customer service.
