Nice hotel - upscale with great location. Great security, very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very lovely as well as rooftop bar and restaurant. Downside was that it was noisy. They had a banquet in the hotel and we could hear percussive music that didn't stop until 12:30 am. Also there was a dangerous doorstop in our bathroom with sharp jagged edges.

We loved this hotel! We were also here during the Madrid blackout and the staff were incredibly patient, accommodating, and helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

I would have liked this hotel if it wasn’t for the extremely rude Porter who started shouting at me for no reason claiming that I had been to pick up my luggage four times when it was completely not true. I went to complain to the reception to tell him off, and they did not do much I do not expect this treatment at a four-star hotel I don’t come to be insulted.
