Muito bueno el el local. Las acomodaciones son muy limpias, siempre hay personas limpiando, los baños son un 10 y los clientes son muy buena onda también. Puntos a mejoras es un poco más de atención en la recepción q a veces no hay nadie y podría mucho haber un espacio mayor para comer.

Room is clean and we had private room for the family. Some private room has bathroom of its own some don’t. The one that has its own bathroom obviously is more convenient. The bunk bed is really tall and won’t be good for small children. But for a budget stay in the middle of city and close to metro, it’s doable.

The common room was a joke. It’s tiny for the size of the hotel and not enough room and the cushions are quite dirty. The room itself was very clean in the bathrooms and showers are very clean. The location is convenient Just a half a block from a metro stop. I would book this hotel again however I would not use Hotels.com to do so. I would book directly with the hotel.

There was no access to the terrace, and there was only one person in the reception which made the check-in very long. Also they turn off the air conditioning in the night, and that was the worst part. I'm never going back to that place.

I face problem of air conditioning turned off most hour of day in room and I talk to reception many times The reception told me that policy to close of air conditioning most of time I told them there's no information about this in website and I pay money because there's Air-conditioning in room working they told me it's policy to turn off I told them last night to give back money of third day to search another place with air conditioning in room the reception refuse .. bad experience they can consume in electricity by another way ..

This was a great hotel at a superb location. 3 mins walk from the subway , Starbucks 5 mins away , Irish Pub on the same block . The beds are really comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean

Good hostel with good location

Very nice hostel , forst time had experienced hostel , we had double room private with private bathroom , shower , good spot jus 15min walk to town center, very easy to reach town center always going straight , has Dias supermarket shop just beside hotel so can buy some food or drinks etc.

Really bad experience at this hostel. The lack of help and unprofessionalism of staff was a real disappointment. I lost a gold bracelet with great sentimental value to me, that I know fell off in the hostel, and no staff member offered much help with this, with only 1 bothering to look in lost and found. Worse than this, as we were getting ready for the day a cleaning lady came into our room without knocking while I was getting changed and was completely naked. She proceeded to leave the door open while telling us to leave the room, insisting our stay was over despite us having 1 day remaining. My partner then showed her that we were staying until the next day and she did not apologise and continued this while I was completely naked and covering myself with just a skirt. Super embarrassing experience and a complete let down. While the room was spacious, we would not recommend.
