Overall nice hotel. My ONLY problem was getting scammed by a local taxi driver and one of the hotels front door security guards who seem to work together to scam people and over charge on the taxi fee. Basically I asked the security guard for a taxi and the guard SPECIFICALLY put me inside a taxi with NO meter and I noticed the taxi driver handing the security guard money in witch i later realized was their scheme to rip off tourists like me. I was basically charged 1350 pesos from your hotel to terminal 1 when I know for a fact should have cost me no more than 300 pesos. I’m sure you will not do anything about this and I have learned from this experience.

The service was immediate and excellent. The room was clean and large. The bedding and bed were comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep.
